Incompetent to the point where I begin to wonder if it is deliberate. They are seemingly incapable of carrying out the most basic block management duties, such as communicating with the residents.
The only thing they regularly succeed in is separating us from our money. We have received no year end accounts since they became our MA, so who knows where that money goes beyond the 25 grand they pay themselves.
The website is also completely useless - click on the Facebook/email/phone links and it's all dead ends.
