CoreVest is the cycle-tested, direct private lender delivering tailored capital with certainty of execution to residential real estate investors nationwide.
Backed by Redwood Trust and powered by fully integrated in-house capital markets, underwriting, and construction management teams, we control the credit decision and stand behind every closing. That means no last-minute surprises, no bait-and-switch re-trades—just consistent, reliable execution that protects our sponsors’ returns and reputation.
As early architects of the institutional single-family rental and build-to-rent lending market, we helped bring rental investment financing from Wall Street to Main Street. For over a decade, we’ve delivered capital across market cycles while others have come and gone—establishing strategies and credit standards that have become industry benchmarks.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all lending. Every loan is structured around the asset, the borrower, and the business plan—tailored to strategy, not forced into a preset box. We partner only on investments we believe in, aligning our capital with our sponsors’ long-term growth.
From acquisition and construction through stabilization, refinance, and portfolio expansion, CoreVest is a true lifecycle lender—combining competitive pricing with disciplined execution to help investors scale with confidence.

My experience with CoreVest and Brady Reiger is 2nd to none! As most of us have had over the years, my experiences with lenders has been awful. Rigid rules, terrible timelines, delayed responses and people you'd rather punch than work with. CoreVest has been the exact opposite experience. Always helpful. Always kind. If a mistake is ever made (can only think of 1 insignificant one over the years), it was owned and fixed immediately. Every person I've come into contact with has been amazing. Recently, I needed a critical document that typically takes 30 days and has never been done faster. Brady reached out to several peers within CoreVest and I got it in TWO DAYS. Saved my butt. Don't work with anyone else if you don't have to.
