Had the 2 worst Managers ever.
Refused to talk to you unless they wanted you to do extra shifts.
One Manager is accused of a sackable offence (sexual assault) and he is moved to keep away from the staff.
Cordant in my experience are ageist. As I was offered a position they said I was absolutely the right person for the job. Had all the experience and kn6to fill the job. Start my training in 6 days time. Will confirm offer in email. Then asked some personal questions. Last question was my dob the I heard a sigh or slight mutter. Never heard from then again. Until I chased them up. They said position now full. Ageism 100%
Worst agency to work for.
The Head Recruiter Managing me, did not now what she was doing (Sophie), when you ask her question, she gives you vague answer, ask about the assignment, again vague questions. Had a 6 week contract to go permanent, then they told us the contract is being terminated and we will go back on the 10th, which is absolutely ridiculous.
There is no stability to be working for a company like Cordant as they give you 0hrs contract, and they only want people that are flexible, so if you have kids they are not understanding at all.
Absolute disgusting treatment of some low paid workers having to wait three weeks for their first week’s wage. Zero empathy when asked to resolve this issue
Horrible agency, I worked days and not been paid. I tried to contact them several times they just ignored my messages till this day I’ve worked for nothing.

Great place to work. Training was good. They look after staff. Good opportunities. My Regional Manger has a face to face with me monthly.
My experience is that they have really become much much better. When phone they are quick and accurate and polite. Managers are very organised and have some good qualified people. Shifts are put up for me to confirm on line in plenty of time and there isn’t that much change to shifts so planning is sharp.
