Harassment from Sales
I had a frustrating experience with Coralogix, specifically with their sales representative, Donal. Despite my personal mobile number being registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), I was persistently contacted every week for months. This disregard for privacy and opt-out regulations was concerning.
To make matters worse, my details were later used to sign me up for newsletters and marketing emails without my consent. Even after noticing this, I continued receiving regular emails, adding to the frustration.
How Coralogix Can Improve:
Respect Opt-Outs & Privacy Regulations – If a number is registered with TPS or a customer requests no contact, that preference should be honored immediately.
Better Data Handling Practices – Consent should always be obtained before subscribing someone to marketing emails. This is not only good practice but often a legal requirement.
More Considerate Sales Tactics – Constant follow-ups can feel intrusive rather than engaging. A more measured, respectful approach would improve the customer experience.
This experience felt like an example of sales and marketing at its worst, and I hope Coralogix takes these concerns seriously to improve their approach.
