Now they've hiked the prices to 3000... spoke to customer service and apparently its correct. Not a glitch.. are they having a laugh?? This company is indulging in sharp practices. They advertised an offer of i think 250 free spins provided a deposit was made. I cannot recollect the precise amount of spins, the offer has been withdrawn now. Anyway, I deposited 50 played through, lost the lot, very quickly, and then tried to access my free spins.
That was 26.2.26. Today 2.3,26 I still have not got my spins. Every time I message them, I get the same drivel, the technical support team are looking into the issue. No timescale mentioned,nothing. I am sure I am not the only person affected, I believe I was told I was added to the list! Is this legal? Only giving 1 star as I can’t give 0. Signed up as a new customer. Followed the promoted link for the sports new customer bonus and followed the instructions only to not receive the bonus as it turns out my bank card isn’t eligible for a bonus. Quick enough to take the £20 from said bank card and accept the bet but there’s an issue with the card, ah right. This is fraud pure and simple. I have had an account with coral for years and over time i have lost more money than i have won, supprisingly. My accont has been verified, and working for years. However, over the last couple of months i have been loosing quite a lot so i decided to cancel my card so i can no longer make deposits. Coral where not happy with this and denied me. So then i asked to cancel my acount indefinetly, the next day to find out you can just re open it again. Avoid at all costs, they wouldnt care if you got in debt and killed yourelf, aslong as they keep taking your money. A few years back on Coral, i was winning for two weeks streight on a special roulette game, (around £10,000), and they denied my to play that game anymore. Read inbetween the lines, it is physically impossible to win over time.

Where do I start? First off, I am not salty about losing money, I gamble and am fully aware of the risks involved. But, Coral has confirmed that the liver dealer blackjack games are actually digitally overlaid graphics, yes that right! I have proof on this via coral support confirming, check out coral on twitter and you will see a screenshot of my chat on virtually every one of their posts.
Let me be clear, this is not fair, not right and illegal! The outcomes are house controlled and scripted! In actual fact I am surprised that the support agent confirmed this in writing, perhaps he had enough of working for a dishonest organisation.
I cannot and will not recommend coral casino in light of this information. Which by the way has been passed to the gambling commission and other relevant bodies for investigation.
