Been with these for well over a decade, never had a problem, until they robbed me so I reported it to them and to the bank, it hadn't happened before so I assumed it would get resolved, nope they took the money closed my account won't answer emails or anything, disgusting I hope they go bust

Since the coin change, which isn't minimal! It's been excessively changed by 900percent and the reward grabber now only gives 5 coins a day if you're lucky. From needing 300 coins for 3 spins, you now need 3000! Unbelievable!

I attempted to log in and was informed that additional information was required. I then spent over an hour on the phone being asked to explain almost every transaction on my bank statements. The representative did not appear to understand how a salary sacrifice scheme works and tried to include car payments as part of my monthly outgoings, despite these already being deducted before my salary is paid.

I was also told there were concerns about my “habit,” which I found to be a very inappropriate way to describe a customer’s pastime. When I questioned this, I was told I could either self-exclude for a year or be excluded by them instead.

To be honest, I’m glad to move on — there are plenty of other companies that communicate with their customers in a far more professional and respectful manner.

To top it off, I was questioned about a bank transfer to my wife and asked to provide full details about why I sent her money and what it was for, which felt unnecessarily intrusive.

I have had an account for several years with no real problems until now, where I have been told I am no longer eligible to enter the 'Football Super Series'. Upon enquiring twice they refused to give me the exact reason and said it was an 'internal business decision'. This came after I had won two free bets on consecutive attempts, I've no idea if that had anything to do with it? You cannot close your account from the site you have to go through them which is not acceptable.
One other concern is that their database may have been hacked because immediately after they send me an email I get one from a spam address asking me to rate the company.

Embarrassing! They have closed my account and are refusing to refund the small amount I have left in my account . I averaged about 20 pence a week betting with them

Havnt used for other bets but as far as the slots go this is without a doubt the worst one out there and I think I’ve used them all at one point or another. Rarely pays out more than a few pence and bonuses hardly ever drop and if they do you win pennies. Would 100% give it a miss, lots of much better casinos out there

Corals coin promotions seem to have changed to make it not worth playing, Grabber only gives 5 coins, vault rarely appears and not giving any chance of reaching targets, maybe times are tough in gambling business.

Really poor experience with in-play betting. Tried placing Over 2.5 goals on several matches and kept getting “bet disallowed”, yet betting the opposite market (Under 3.5) was accepted instantly. Hard not to question how fair that is. 🫣🚫🤡🤡🤡

Dont use them, deposited money then they suspended my account when I tried to take the money back out. Avoid

I've been a member for years never had a problem. I must admit the slots are sluggish and takes forever to get a bonus but I can honestly say I haven't had a problem with deposits or withdrawal. My withdrawal was less than 10 mins and I've withdrew twice today and straight into my bank I don't understand all the bad reviews. I think coral is a really good site just wish the slots would play like they used too! But everything great x

I have never known so much useless information on horse racing. Listen to them your be broke in no time. Also slow useless sight. Had accumulater other day. £6000 if it won. Had one horse come second and rest won and it paid £5 pound. What a bloody joke and greedy site. Stay away and hope site goes broke

Having used Coral for over 12 years I think it is time to move on. My Mother always said you will never beat the Bookmaker, and she was 100% correct.
The latest fiasco is I won 5 free spins. I pressed continue and started playing. I got as far as 4 spins and it said I had insufficient funds. Turns out the 4 spins I used were not free, but were being taken from my winnings which was on show. That's twice it has done this.
When I contacted Coral I was given a lame excuse that it would tell me that I am using "real" money, which it didn't. I asked if I would get my money back and was told no. To crown it all she then said, "we know we are having issues and the promotions department are looking into it". So they admit that there are issues, but are not willing to reinburse the punter.
I said I will give them 2 days to reply to me, otherwise I will close my account

If I could give zero stars I would,
Deposited £18.95 yesterday and won £600 they blocked my account and said they can’t realise the funds.

Had a recent big win and had a great call with Dave was extremely helpful explaining the process and guiding me through the process and limits etc also just in giving general advice he was very helpful - great customer service

So the coins have become obsolete since the X10 increase in coin shop prices...especially as there is no arcade to raise more, like ladbrokes and gala have. But i actually did see the prices go back down one day to the normal 300 for 3 spins, and thought a mistake had been fixed as 3000 is ridiculous! But that was one month ago, for one day, and theyhave been back at the 000's ever since....Also i have a verified account, having provided all requested necessary documentation when i opened the account years ago....and was a regular cash depositer/player until about 1 year ago, when i stopped depositing and just did tournaments and daily bonus'.....UNTIL...two weeks ago i decided to have an actual dabble and pop a £10er on and play....only to find myself locked out after depositing the £10, and being asked to provide all sorts of documentation AGAIN!!!My biggest issue was the fact that only once the money was deposited did they start the gauntlet of re-verification...and as i currently dont have my driving license card physically, i cant play, or get a refund! I even asked for the benefit of the doubt, and said as ive had my account for 10 or so years with no issue, let me play, and if i actually win and need to withdraw money, then place the holds on the account....but no...they wouldnt oblige....and so a £10er floats in limbo at present (with god only knows how many others) being used to play forex, crypto and stock markets, and at the same time earn various types of interest, all while its non-observable state exists!
