Absolute joke of a company made my first bet in store as I didn’t trust my self to do it correct online how wrong I was… walked in the ‘Manager’ who serviced me called Chris in your high Wycombe branch was half asleep I specifically asked for the CURRENT ODDS which was 6/5 and he put it through as SP. didn’t note this on the slip and also didn’t offer for me to write the slip myself which I would of if I knew I was aloud to do this. Went to the Aylesbury branch as the bet won but not at the odds I specifically requested and the guy on the front desk laughed in my face and told me this bet wasn’t mine … I’m guessing because I am a young women?? Disgusting behavior have tried raising a dispute no help with this.

For me Coral casino is the best place where you can have fun and make some money on top.2 days ago i did £10 deposit i played one game and the game give me £ 486 winning. I tok £400 out and in not even one minut this money was in my account. They have great oportunity to play free games where you can win real money for free.they have a great support team that replay to me very fast everitime when i have something to ask. Great job Coral

Very very disappointed in whats gone on with rewards. I am a small gambler who plays for fun. But enjoyed the rewards. There was the vault and the rewards grabber. Since the change around a month ago the coins are worthless. A 10x increase in what you need?? 300 for 3 spins it used to be...now 3000. And worse, the wins with the grabber are virtually always 5. I used to get 20, 50, 100 or more and could gamble to more. Always enjoyed coral but have uninstalled app and am getting fed up with their (non) rewards. Also aware that the coins i have won (around 560) will expire the end of the month amd I havent earned enough to use on anything. Rubbish!!! Going back to William Hill where I get at least 5 free spins a day. Shame on you Coral....

I'm trying to remember the last time I actually enjoyed playing on Coral and I can't. It just isn't fun anymore, 5 coins only on rewards grabber, minimum amount of coins needed in the store is 3000, I'm not winning anything on the tournaments and I'm not winning with real money either, maybe they don't like the fact that I've got a deposit limit on my account but I got sick of losing so I decided to limit how much they could take, so long story short, they either steal from you or penalise you for limiting how much they can steal. Either way there's nothing in it for the players anymore unfortunately.

Incredibly difficult to win anything on the slots. When you do win, it is either minimal amounts, or you will not win after that for another 2 months. It’s almost as if they are changing people’s odds when they have hit a win…

On no Racecard where BOG is clearly offered does it Say 'OPt In' and nowhere on the Betting Slip does ity say 'OPT IN!! NO OTHER BOOKMAKER offering best Odds Guarantee expects you to OPT IN but Corals hide this in the 'Promotions' Tab - which of course no one is going to check before every bet. Called Customer Service and of course they couldnt answer the simple question WHY WOULD ANY CUSTOMER NOT OPT IN - if its a free Promotion and you CLEARLY offer BEST ODDS GUARANTEE on every race??? Corals are ffectovely taking THOUSANDS OF BETS everyday PROMISING BOG and losing punters never know. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and MARKETING and needs to be stopped.

£90 wasted on the so called big catch spins. £1 per go and NO scatters, and about 2 x wins of £5 that was also sucked up.. Coral should rename themselves Dyson because they just hoover money up and never give anything back. The house can't always win otherwise what's the point. Absolute scam.

Some games automatically put your stake as £1, which is a bit of a cheat when you come back to it after withdrawing.
