I love love love ProsperWorks. It has boosted my team's productivity and made it so much easier for me to support them. Their customer success team is stellar and we've felt supported the whole way through. My team is rather resistant to new methods but the integration into G Suite has been flawless.

Since having upgraded to have alignment with mail chimp i now have access to automated actions and they have saved me and my company a lot of time and best of all following processes in my pipelines means with automated actions nothing at all gets past me compared with taking care of things manually, what an incredible time saver and right on the button for my customers!

I have tried 7 other CRMs in the last few years and this is by far the best. It is especially good for those who use G Suite.
ProsperWorks has been everything I needed for my new start up sales company! Love everything about it and easy to use. The only thing I would like to see added is a call frequency. Last call date is great but knowing that it is time to call on a given customer based of a preset call frequency / time schedule or how many days you are beyond that call frequency would be awesome.

There's no iPad App. And the phone App is limited. I'm paying $10/month to link up RingCentral but I can't even dial out using my phone or iPad.
Made the switch over from Pipedrive and been incredibly satisfied. Biggest things for us are general usability of the interface, plug-and-play G Suite integration, and great API for integrating into our own dashboards. Great support as well. Highly recommended.
This is very easy to use and it makes the job of the sales manager and salespeople very efficient. It increases the communication for the sales people to their customers as well.

Something that could be improved upon is the name search function.
For example; We have about 20 Mikes in our system. However, I only work with let's say one of them. When I type Mike into the search bar, it will show me 5 Mikes that I have never spoken with. A feature that will show you top contacts based on activity amount would be nice. Sometimes when I even will type his last name he will not show up. Often I have to go straight to his company page to find his contact information. Just some constructive feedback.
