THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR…

THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS OR INTERMEDIATE SKIERS!!! Please don’t book here unless you are a professional skier. Booked for 2 hours thinking we would get some help or instruction. The person rostered to help was more interested in snowboarding himself then helping us. We tried going down the “beginners” hill ourselves and within the first 10mins my partner hurt themselves badly and neither of us felt confident to continue. There’s no snow just plastic to ski on which is hard to slow down on and very dangerous if you do fall down. Nothing in the advertising states it’s for pro skiers only. Really feel scammed out of 1800dkk which is alot of money. Wrote to them and was told to bad so sad. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

Needs replacement

Concept, building and people great but the Neveplast is just worn out , read recent reviews as I fully agree the surface and rental skis don’t hold any edge. Replace it with Dendex which is much more like snow. I have skied dry slopes in uk for 50 years and I was taken in by the original reviews and videos, I went on a wet and windy day and no wonder I was the only person…it was just controlled skidding….

Worst skiing experience ever! Don't waste your money

Worst skiing experience ever, don't pay for this!
We were 8 persons and booked for one hour. The result? We returned all our equipment after just 15 minutes. Skiing on pure ice would be an understatement. Absolutely no grip between the surface and the skiis. Contacted Copenhill for compensation/refund but apparently they had no authority to grant it. Waste of money and time. I've been skiing every year for the last 7 years and I normally ski down all kind of slopes (black ones, red ones..)

Bad experience and way overpriced

I am a medium level skier used to red and black slopes in the alps. I tried Copenhill today. It was terrible and I found it impossible to actually ski on the surface. It was kind of like a super icy slope but my skies also kind of stuck to the surface when I tried doing swings. Did not want to risk a crash on this surface, I ended up just plowing to the bottom. My 2 two daughters tried skiing for the first time here. Big mistake. This IS NOT a place for beginners. Way to narrow and the surface feels like a super icy slope. My expectations were obviously wrong but just want to give a heads up to others, that this place only is for experienced skiers willing to ski on what feels like an icy slop just much worse.

The prices are crazy. We paid 1400+ DKK For 1 hour with full rented equipment for 4 persons. We got 45 minutes of frustrations and nothing that compares to real skiing before we gave up. I really hoped Copenhill to be a place to practice skiing before heading to the alps. The idea is cool but in practice it is not good.

Ps. A final disappointment after giving up on the slopes was, that my kids wanted to try the small hill with the tubes. But that cost an additional 40 DKK pr. person. Probably an ok price for people not already having paid for a ski pass to the slopes. But having already paid +1400 for a disappointing experience we passed on the tubes and hurried home.
