While they deliver properly and correctly I need to one star them for their dishonest (fraudulent?) review system. I purchased a few products from them and reviewed several of them simultaneously. Every good review hits their site immediately and props up the ratings of their items. Every bad review gets turned into a support ticket INSTEAD. While making a support ticket out of a bad experience is good, the keyword is INSTEAD - your bad review does not get published their site, and does not count for ratings, and negative views of their products are thus supressed. Maybe eventually they will get published - I don't know - It has been days, and, I've contacted them about the issue with no response or action - meantime they can keep selling products with manipulated high reviews to unsuspecting customers thinking they can trust the reviews. DO NOT trust their reviews. Go to Amazon or similar and check the ratings there if you intend to buy a product from coolstuff.

I ordered for a special day and it was mentioned that it would be delivered at a certain day. Many days has passed and my order is still not ready. Shame on them, I strongly advise to skip this company to order special things since they fail and you miss special days of your belovings.

No info on delivery time made my present useless since it will not arrive on time. I presumed 9 days will be enough but obviously not. No cancellation accepted even if no shipping has been initiated. Will not buy anything from them again.

Update: When I finally received the ordered item after 14 days, when it is no longer useful as a present, the packaging inside the box was broken and this of course cannot be given even as a delayed present. Thus I basically threw away some money ... It's unfortunate that I cannot upload a photo here of this joke of a product.

Got some great help and nice service. Lots of fun gifts for the whole family. Could spend a lot of time on the site and even more money on stuff I would love to have. Give it my best recommendations:)

It's that site you go to around christmas and maybe some birthdays, you can find something for everyone and get it for decent price and through a good service
