5/5 great service
I was a little hesitant to purchase such an expensive item (graphics card) from a retailer I'd never heard of, but decided to take a chance since they had the best price in Spain and free one-day shipping to boot. Fast dispatch as promised (ordered on Chrstimas Eve morning and received on the 26th), good communication about my order throughout the process, and item was as-described and well protected for shipping. Would definitely buy from them again.

They do not respond on warranty
I claimed the warranty for a keyboard almost two months ago, they asked for few pics of the issue and I sent all they asked for but they are still not responding... Disappointing and never buying again, once one product has a problem they desappear I fear

Everything is literally perfect. They only lack increasing the cadence of the technical service and the improving the UI of its online presence.
