worst custumer support ever. dont buy any products from them
I bought an MWE 750W Bronze from Amazon.de for €70. The power supply was buzzing when the PC was turned off, and the noise could be heard from 5 meters away. I contacted Amazon, and they told me to reach out to Cooler Master. When I contacted Cooler Master, they told me to contact Amazon. I even sent Cooler Master proof that Amazon would not help, but they still insisted I contact Amazon. I’ve sent about 10 more emails and always received the same response. It seems they do everything to avoid warranty claims.
I’ll forget these €70, but I will never buy a Cooler Master product again – by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
This company its on their high horse
This company its on their high horse, they are recommending to void their warranty instead of helping a customer to get something else or a solution that doesn’t require voiding the warranty of their or other products. Their customer service feels like AI and not helpful at all. Never support this company they are not what they use to be. A public apology it’s required from them.
Nobody should buy Cooler Master…
Nobody should buy Cooler Master products! Very poor quality!!!

I’m a former employee of this company. The quality of the products is very low and prices are too high. No support after purchase.I quit because the company is more focused on earning than on satisfying customers.
Cooler master ml240
Cooler master
master liquid 240l pump
Just changed out a previous cooler master ml240 after 6 years of running for a new one as had just started to grumble and had ran without issue. Had exceeded my expectations on cooling ryzen 5 processor in a gaming PC.
The hardware pack it comes with for multiple fitting options is excellent and even comes with thermal compound.
Had multiple items over the years and all have met my expectations’. Just one thing reviewers don’t mention is the bios settings and that you should set your pump to run continuously and have the radiator fans cutting in and out on processor temperature.
Just go for another brand
I have multiple Cooler Master component in my pc,
- MasterCase H500
- 2 mf 200r rgb
- ml240r rgb
- a low-end psu, around 650W
- and a rgb controller
From this quite big list, you might think that I like the brand, but I just bought everything at the same time.
TLDR: the only components that haven't been a problem recently are the case and the psu.
For the rest, one of the mf 200r rgb started being unbalanced and make a lot of noise, i have to manually slow it down and pray that it will stay balanced after every startup.
One of the AIO fan came from factory with a rgb issue ( blue LEDs are dimmer than the other Red and Green ones, which result in bad rgb effect/ white color appearing yellow).
But the biggest redflag of this brand is the horrible MASTERPLUS software, you WILL have problems with it, it will either not install, not launch, not detect your Coolermaster rgb/argb stuff, and if you manage to get it working, it won't save your presets or will uninstall itself every now and then, it's the worst software i've seen from this type of brand.
Of course, when everything works, it looks really good and some people have never had issues with Cooler Master stuff, but in my opinion, too many people have had bad experiences with this brand for you to try it.
i'm making this review because Masterplus don't want to work anymore and i just give up.
The lagging on their keyboards is out…
The lagging on their keyboards is out of this world.
I bought a few keyboards from their SK-series, they start off properly but as weeks go by, they become impossible to use. Like really. the worst I have seen in any keyboard.
Zero Customer Support
PSU failed within warranty period and they weren't interested. I've bought Cooler Master in the past for myself and friends that I build PCs for, partly because of the warranty and now find that their warranty is worthless. They weren't interested in the slightest, they make it so difficult to the point of impossible to even contact them, never mind get an RMA number, then you have to pay for the return yourself!! I would say this is deliberately designed like this so that you reach the point where you say this isn't worth the effort and you give up. So this is yet another review to add to the long list of 1 stars for customer service. They are clearly only interested in getting your money but if you have a warranty claim beware because their warranty and customer support are worthless. I will never be buying a Cooler Master product again.
Awful customer service
Very disappointing service received. I received an item that was broken (smashed glass panel). We did not accept delivery and sent it away with the deliver driver. The customer support, or lack of, is both rude and unhelpful and now are not responding to my emails. They have both my money and the item purchased. Please do not spend your money with this company, I would avoid at all costs!
Bought a keyboard form Cooler Master.
I recently purchased a Cooler Master keyboard, and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction is Cooler Master's software support, or should I say, lack thereof.
When I made my purchase, I was excited to try out the software features that were advertised on the box. It claimed that their software would support my keyboard, offering customization. However, it turned out to be nothing but a hollow promise.
Upon downloading and installing their software, I was met with a message that said „This software does not support this device“ even though it clearly said on the box that it does.
Worst of all, my attempts to reach out to their customer support were met with a wall of silence. It's clear that Cooler Master couldn't care less about their customers' issues or satisfaction.
I have never felt more deceived by a company in my life. Cooler Master's false advertising and their complete failure to deliver on their promises have left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone considering a Cooler Master product to think twice and perhaps look for a more reliable and customer-oriented brand, as Cooler Master has left me feeling cheated and regretful of my purchase.
Utterly useless customer support.
Utterly useless customer support.
If you're lucky enough to get a response, they will ignore any follow up.
Told me: "At this time we currently do not carry replacement parts for this case"
This was regarding a very popular case (NR200) that is still being produced and sold in huge quantities.
Unreliable product and no customer service.
I bought a top of the line Cooler Master power supply with 2 years EU statutory warranty. It failed after two and a half years due to an internal shortcircuit and tripped the house circuit breaker. It did the same even after unplugging all the internal wires to the computer, so it's definitely the power supply that is faulty. I would have taken it up with Cooler Master where I live in Holland but you have to create an account, log in and create a ticket just to contact them. This is the pits. Unreliable product and no customer service, so I just binned it and bought another brand.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service! They were very nice and kind. We had an issue with my parcel but they replied very fast and fixed the issue the next day. They also gave me a little gift. I am very greatful and I won't hesitate to order again! They also helped me to lower the price of shipping.
Good products in my experience
Good products in my experience, never got a problem after 10+ years. Last purchase is great
Complete lack of customer service - avoid the brand!
Complete lack of customer service, RMA is just a joke to get You even more angry at the brand itself.
Peripheral factory faulty = Your loss.
Avoid!
Customer service is completely unresponsive for a faulty product
Store I bought a product from was unhelpful and unresponsive.
Cooler Master is refusing to RMA a product for testing even though I'm having issues relating to it.
I can't go to the store as they aren't helping and/or aren't responding.
It's been 12 days and I haven't received a response since I explained this to Cooler Master a second time asking them to please read the first paragraph of my original message.
Bad experience on 750w CM SFX PSU
Bad experience on 750w SFX PSU. Coil whine from day 1 and RMA failed (CM pointed me to the seller, who claims "no problem").
pump leaked after 2 years and 2 months…
pump leaked after 2 years and 2 months . Cm has the worst SAV in the world .Giving out a ticket queuing system that takes weeks to explain the problem and nicely say they will do nothing .
Will not pay to fix your product defect
Purchased a CPU cooler that had a defect. They did not want to honor their warranty unless I paid for shipping. The defect was their issue alone to make right. I don't do business with companies that operate this way.
