I ordered the Levitating Galaxy Planet Star System 360° LED Constellation Lamp with Magnetic Base for my husband’s birthday, and I couldn’t be more delighted.

It is absolutely stunning—beautifully made and incredibly eye-catching, whether it’s switched on or off. The levitating effect is mesmerising and adds such a unique touch to any room.

The packaging was excellent, with thick protective foam ensuring everything arrived perfectly safe and in pristine condition.

The goods have not been delivered. The shipment has been stuck “in transit” for over 20 days with no proof of actual dispatch or export.

Israel Post confirmed that the shipment never arrived in Israel. The seller refuses to provide clear information and gives evasive, unprofessional replies.

Complaints have been filed with Slovak authorities and a chargeback is being processed.
