Disgraceful service! Don’t touch them!!!

As others have said these guys are experts in awful service - they simply don’t care at all how much you need your gates fixed. Nothing will happen. Our company had 2 gates costing close to £17k from Cookes in June 2020. It’s been terrible from the start from Matt promising lots but delivering nothing, to Mr Cooke visiting our site and offering apologetic words - but once he left the service returned to cataclysmically BAD levels. A problem in December 2022 left our main security gate with no control PCB for 2 months with no updates from Cookes at all. They even blamed the motor being faulty.
We have now called in another company who fixed the problem in under 1 hr and said there’s no issue with the motor at all!

Cookes is their name - Crooks is their reputation!!!!!

Purchased expensive doors which were delivered
Booked installation more than once but company just don't turn up
