This is a scam casino, they confiscate your winnings if you win big and close your account without any explanation. They had absolutely 0 reasons to close my account, I turned off bonuses and then deposited my money and won big. They flagged deep kyc asking me all sorts of documents for a whole month. New document everytime I reached out to them for an update and then finally closed my account.
Do not trust the positive reviews, they are either bots or paid reviewers. The casino is a big scam, be aware.

Did my verification for my bonus winnings. As I'm in the process of returning to my maiden name, I also uploaded my marriage certificate as proof (as directed via their support chat) my account got closed, with no reason given along with the fact it could not be discussed!

what a joke. won a lot of money and apparently there was something in small letters somewhere with a bonus, all my money gone 2000+ euros. instead of a suitable solution they remove everything, while you have been sweating and lucky once in your life. paying out is also a joke, all my bank details are exactly what is requested and it is still rejected every time.
chat customer services: these are just bots, get different people, but they all give the exact same answer.
It's a shame that everything has to be so difficult, and that they don't respond normally to anything.
I would advise against this to everyone, there are much better casinos, where the customer service is good, and where the payment procedures are also much better.
I hope cookie casino sees this and they do something with it! (probably not!)
