It' always a pleasure to visit COOK! The staff are invariably helpful and friendly, and one can 'browse' without feeling obliged to make a purchase. I think having a branch in the local shopping area is a real asset.

WELCOMING & RELIABLE.
Always upbeat; always friendly, Cook on Bear Flat in Bath has delicious food and frequent offers which makes me feel as if I've got a bargain. Prices are high-ish but the quality of the food and the time saved on preparation make it good value.
The food has cooking instructions which always work. The dishes are clearly date - and ingredient- labeled and, though it feels like a insignificant thing, the film lids can be fully removed easily without leaving little bits of plastic clinging to the recyclable box.

Great single portion meals straight from freezer to oven.
My wife and I have different taste and timing of meals. I love the single portion meals. I can take one straight from the freezer and heat it whilst steaming some fresh vegetables and I’ve got a wholesome meal in less than an hour. I generally wait for an offer on the meals and then order 20-30 meals. They are all good.

Satisfied customers
We have enjoyed COOK food for several years and eat it once or twice a week. I find it easy to order on the website with a good choice of delivery times. The order is neatly packed in boxes and arrives at the time stated. We have enjoyed a wide variety of dishes and there is a big range to choose from. The quality is high and the portions generous and we are very satisfied customers though do try to make good use of discount offers.
