Chandrika was very helpful on the phone. I initially accepted the quote but due to a change in circumstances had to cancel under the 14 day cooling off period. The fee was returned within 7 days.

Would not advise anyone to deal with Conveyancing Index as their priority is to get their commission of you ( 207 pounds ) & refering you to solicitor incompetant & un professional then they do not want to know
Thank you for the reply, yes it is true you refered me to 3 solicitors, first solicitor dont asnwer phone calls and answers by email only, second solicitor is not listed on lender panel, present solicitor is very very slow, un polite & willing to solve issues, 3 weeks elapsed & our purchase file still at zero ground
