I would highly recommend Contracotrs…

I would highly recommend Contracotrs Edge. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with was more than helpful. They explained everything I needed to know in simple terms and answered all of my questions. Best of all they offer great rates!

Needs better customer service skills.

It takes a long time for an agent or anyone for that matter to get back with you at all via email. On the phone takes a while too just because when you call the person you're trying to reach is somehow never available.

Unresponsive

Unresponsive. I tried repeatedly to upgrade my insurance coverage. I left multiple voice-mail messages and sent multiple emails. For 8 weeks I kept hearing that you were working on it. Unfortunately I had to move my auto coverage and general liability coverage to another company.

Highly reccomended

Thank God I have never had to use the insurance I purchased but I find them to be more Reasonable in price compared to others. Getting 5 stars from me is difficult but if 4 1/2 were and option I would have given it. I would recommend them highly.
