My 'go to' site

I have bought lots of clothes from this company. The art look has become my signature.They have proved very reliable. Only downside is that they can start to look tatty after 2 years fairly continuous wear. Lol.

This dress offers a beautiful floral…

This dress offers a beautiful floral design and comfortable double layer, though delivery took about three weeks. Faster shipping would enhance the buying experience, but overall, quite pleased with the purchase.

First off this is not made in the USA

First off this is not made in the USA. I can share the shipping info from overseas. The quality is trash. The 3 shirts look nothing like what I ordered. The design is printed on and has an odd similarity of a Timu product. Shipping takes forever and I can assure you it’s not worth the wait. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Requested a return and refund on a 39 dollar sweatshirt. They offered me 4 dollars to keep the item, then 7. I told them i want to return for a full refund. They begged me to take the "generous" 7 dollar offer. They refuse to take the item back! Stay away, buy somewhere else. If it doesnt say, "made in the US" or "USA stock" buy somewhere else.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. I bought a shirt for Halloween for a friend and paid for expedited shipping. It was supposed to be there in 5 days. 16 days later they have no tracking info and refuse to cancel. They make the order in China then ship it once you place the order. They have no idea when it will arrive. Buy from somewhere else.

Won't respond to questions with order

*****Update after a week of messages from me, I finally got a response that my order was being shipped. I did get a tracking order number and as of today it is in transit, so fingers crossed. On a side note, the company orignally responded on 10/06/24 that my order had already been sent to the post office, per the tracking info the order wasn't sent or collected until 10/13/24.
I ordered 3 tee- shirts on 10/06/24. First they over-charged me, which I discovered minutes after I placed the order, so I told them to cancel the order and give me my refund. They said the items were already packaged and on the way to the post office so they could not stop the order, but would refund my money and send updated information to not send the package. I responded if they would refund the over charged amount I would still take the order. They sent back the amount has been refunded and may take a few days to show in my account. On 10/7 I got an email they were refunding the difference of $11 and change and was credited to my account the next day. However, now I don't know what is going on, are they going to refund the entire amount or send my order. I have sent 3 more messages and now they won’t even respond. I would be happy to keep the order since they refunded the difference but cannot get anyone to help and tell me what is going on. Looks like I'm out $60 because they won't respond

Total scam!!!

UPDATE: I emailed Continuety as they requested below and never received a response. I did finally receive the goods. The “sweatshirts” are thinner than a quality T-shirt. Quality of goods is a risk I took when I ordered. However, the 25% “tax” was never disclosed nor authorized. Since they haven’t responded and refunded their 25% tax, I now have to jump through the fraud reporting hoops with my bank. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total scam!!!! I received no goods, and they added a phantom 25% “tax” to the amount they posted to my paypal. Facebook should have some culpability for running ads for a company that FB’s own AI just told me is a scam. Expensive lesson learned.

Don’t order from them

I ordered a few sweatshirts about 1.5 months ago. First they over-charged me, which I discovered minutes after I placed the order, so I told them to cancel the order and give me my refund. They explained they had already packaged the shirts so it was too late to cancel the order, which is nonsense. Anyway, they did refund the overcharge. However, their tracking system indicates my package has been in my country for over 16 days. I haven’t received anything and their tracking system hasn’t been updated since September 18th. Now they won’t even respond to my messages. Don’t order from them.

Worst shop ever

I ordered some cute sweater from the Page and was affraid as it arrives. The Product looks nothing like showen on the Image and it doesnt fit the size as it should be. I try to retourne the Product as they website is telling you hava a 14 days Retourne policy. The customerservice refuse to give me a retournadress telling things like ‚cant you give the product to someone else?‘ ‚the retourningcosts are so high‘ etc. They offer me 6$ refound😂 for a product that costs 60$. The whole thing is now at Paypal.

Horrid customer service

Horrid customer service. On their contact page there is no way to contact for a return. My item was overpriced, too tight in some places, and too long in other places. I learned a $43 dollar lesson, if I see an item on facebook ad, check Amazon for the same or similar item. Do Not Buy from this company.

Company offered me $8 on for a $98 purchase …

I tried to return items that came and were inferior. No tags inside no way to wash these items and the quality was terrible. Some of the fabric felt like paper. When contacting to make the return, they offered me $8 to keep the merchandise even though my order was for $98. Then the second time they told me it would be very expensive for me to return the items to China even though they have a headquarters in Montgomery, Alabama and in commerce California. I went through PayPal when purchasing and registered a complaint this time they offered me $20 and told me that I would spend a lot more returning the items to China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. They are a scam. I am hoping that PayPal will make it right, considering I followed all of the rules for the return, including having to take photos of each package and the labels. Terrible company. I found all the items I really wanted on Amazon for much less money.

Do not use.

I’ve been waiting almost 1 month for a sweater that was noted would be sent within 2 weeks, Facebook messaging is just automated, phone # goes to a generic voice mail and no confirmation email received. Sounds like a scam that I should have looked in to before ordering.

The images on 2 articles of clothing…

The images on 2 articles of clothing are so blurry, I wouldn't wear them out in public!
The is no fabric content on any of the garments I bought.
All the positive reviews on this site are all about a 'dress' and how the packaging was exquisite. I have a feeling the review is written by the company themselves! The product looked lovely on Facebook, but was a big disappointment when it arrived. Stay clear of buying anything from this company!!!

Do not buy from this site!!

Purchased 2 tee shirts that in their site looked amazing. Unfortunately the quality is terrible from material to the print if you can call it print. It looks like a terrible photograph. I cannot stress how terrible the quality is and I truly believe all of the good reviews are from them. I asked to return them and they said it would be too expensive to return. I asked for a full refund and they said they would give me $5. On what was an approximately 70 dollar order. I said no. They offered me 8 dollars. Iam still dealing with them. I will keep posting on progress. Please do not order from them it is a horrible experience and they take you to the cleaners lie cheat and steal from you. And I have never written a review on anyone but feel compelled to do so. Stay away unless you like terrible quality and misrepresentation of what you think you are buying

This is a rip off site!!!

I purchased a sublimination polo shirt from their site which was on my Facebook feed. The shirt took a month to get and was two to three sizes to small. I contacted them with my problem and they suggested that I give my shirt to friend and buy a new one,lol. I went against my own rule of not buying Chinese products because the item looked nice, but lesson learned that these people are simply bad thieves. Please don't buy anything from them.

The packaging was outstanding

The packaging was outstanding. The dress came in a robust, secure box that kept it in perfect condition. Despite the long 2-week delivery, the dress arrived wrinkle-free. Exceptional care was clearly taken in packing the dress. Great unboxing experience. Thoroughly impressed!
