Article never arrived.
The company are trying to give the image that they are based in the USA but are actually from China.
Waited 5 weeks for delivery before complaining and was then sent false postage information and fake tracking information.
Money back from PayPal

Wish I could score lower. Spivs and thieves. I ordered a set of small screw drivers from these thieves. They charged me for 2 and for some months had fake tracking show the second one on its way. This was fabricated and has since disappeared but I still have someof the original notification. Forbthe first one although the web site showed the price in Australian Dollars, they fraudulently claimed this as US$, plus fraudulently added fregt and insurance without my agreement. Meant total cost was just over double what I signed up for. They have ignored my protests. DO NOT DEAL WITHNTHESE THIEVES

The 1st shipment got lost in customs. When they reshupped it, TI received an outlet socket tester worth $20, when i ordered a circuit breaker finder for $73.49. I spent 2 months waiting for it to arrive. I sent an photo of my confirmation with the photo of the item that I purchased and a photo of what I received. I showed that the part number on the item that I received did not match the part number of my order. They said that I received the correct item even though the photos show the discrepancy. They said they would send me $7. Horrible buisness

The site show pictures of the product but I got something else. They refuse to refund it. offer to give me 3 dollars. insane!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered items in early November and on the 18th December they’re still on their way to the UK.
Be warned, they are charlatans.

Absolute Scam. USB drive advertised in AUD but charged enormous amount in USD. Impossible to track item. No item received.

What a monumental scam… I still can’t believe I fell for it…. Translating earphones… don’t do it…
They are cheap audio earphones and not very good ones anyway.. let my failure be your warning. These people are evil. Please.. someone find them and burn their warehouse to the ground. DAMN !!

I bought something frombthem that turned out to be a total scam. Customer Support was very friendly, but offered a few USD compensation for something that clearly wasn't what they advertised. Very, very disappointed.

False advertising…
This company advertised on facebook a new Flashdrive which was shown quite clearly the price in Australian Dollars..I felt it was a fair price and purchased through their website details online..after checking out, the price immediately changed to USD! Which nearly doubled the Australian price! I was charged via PayPal $64 including postage! Not $24.95 plus postage AUD as clearly advertised…
I wrote to them immediately requesting a refund of the excess amount which I was fraudulently charged. They never answered me. That was in 10 min time. I would advise anyone to not purchase from them here in Australia unless you are prepared to pay double the price advertising. I paid with paypal and not even Paypal could help me. I will never buy from them again. And.... the flasdrive is not even working!

When the shipment arrived, instead of the USB drive, I received a small fan! I have been going back and forth with the seller via email for the past 4 days, and now they claim they “cannot do anything” and are only offering a $2 refund — as if customers in the USA are beggars.

This is an outright scam. They take your money, send random cheap products, and then refuse to make things right. I strongly recommend not dealing with them unless you want to waste your money and make them rich through fraud.

Only…I told them they are fraudulently advertising a product in AUD but charging in USD….I was conned…and would advise anyone to not purchase from them here in Australia unless you are prepared to pay double the price advertising ….. shocking scam company..do not buy!

useless, they want a subscription year which they do not advertise. Customer service in regards to return is is very frustrating and they offered 4usd as compensation. Rude! they also request you pay more money to speak to another person. Thats a no from me.

I was going to buy this and the price was going to be 20 dollars and change CANADIAN. Then when I went to the check out, I was going to be charged $28.68 in u.s price. If we see Canadian Price, that is what we should be paying!!!!!!!

Total scam. Sent wrong and defected items then offered to reimburse $2. Do not purchase from them.

Price was reasonable considering how flattering and comfortable this swim dress fits. Polka dot design with crossover ruching looks cute, flutter hem adds a playful, feminine touch without feeling overdone.

These folks are fraudsters plain and simple. Sent a product different to item as described. Offered me three bucks to go away. Now reading other reviews I see that that is how they operate. Send a lesser product out and tell you you picked the wrong one. I didn't have a choice between products.

Its a fraud. I bought 2 translating earphones and was told that they do not translate after I got them. I paid 39 euros. I asked for a refund and offered 6euros otherwise I should try and ship to China which is a hassle and expensive. Zero stars its a rip off

Product was ordered in November 2024. It is now February 2025 and still no product. This is feeling more like a scam each day!

Ordered 3 translation ear phones and now I wish I hadn't. Got emails keeping me updated on package tracking. Got one on Jan 29, 2025 saying it was delivered Jan 24, 2025. No, it wasn't. Sent 2 emails telling them I did not receive and no reply yet. Wish I had read these reviews first. Buyer Beware!

Don't order from this cheap company, with an address in the U.S.
Contact META, your consumer agency, and your legal representative to track and shut them down
