I have used Constant Contact for 14 years to promote my church and our activities. You can not find a better tool for the price.

Constant Contact has very user friendly software at a reasonable price for our business to stay in contact with our clients and prospective clients on a weekly basis. We appreciate that we can make our weekly newsletter as long as we'd like and that we can easily include graphs and other visual formats of data, control the font, colors and format, and store previous newsletter blasts for ready reference. We appreciate you making this available.
ONE TIP: If you have any problems with formatting once you've dropped your text into the CC template, highlight a given section of text, change the entire section to black font (or a font color of your choosing), and then you can make all the changes you want without any problems, including putting as many hyperlinks in as you want!

I really love Constant Contact for the convenience of being a Communications hub for all the businesses I've worked with. I believe the design features are great and I absolutely love being able to post pictures and videos on socials from my account. When I do have to speak to customer service, they are supremely helpful. If they also improve the amount of features I can actually apply to a post (stories, polls, etc.) it would be perfect, but I really don't have complaints.

Constant Contact has been a great tool for our resident communications, which includes notices, newsletters, events, and reminders. I appreciate having a wide selection of design templates to choose from, although I primarily use the same template. There are two issues that I would like to see improved - 1. being able to upload names and email addresses for a larger number of contacts when creating an email list in one upload, and 2. copying and pasting text from an email or external website into the Constant Contact template. Despite these two issues, overall I like Constant Contact!

Pretty decent system. It can be buggy. I have used other platforms and this is by far the easiest to comprehend. Additionally GMail won't clip your email like some other products.

Constant Contact has done REALLY well with putting together help tips available at all times on their website. They are putting out great information in their monthly email blasts and they consistently work on growing what they can provide to us. They have great training events online which some are prerecorded, so that is great that you can watch them at your own pace. I feel connect to this business partner instead of a site that will only help you through chat boxes or just reading what is available online. It's always good to talk to a person once in a while. Thank you Constant Contact for being a great provider and resource.

I had never used Constant Contact before and have found it to be very user friendly while providing a variety of ways to use the information we have input.

We have been happy with Constant Contact overall. It is easy to create and send newsletters, manage our contacts, and communicate with our community. We also appreciate how easy it is to access and understand the statistics, such as opens and clicks. This makes it very helpful to see how our emails are performing.

The main feature we miss from Mailchimp is the ease of adding a pre-filled subject line to a “mailto” link. Constant Contact does support this functionality, but it requires using custom HTML code rather than simply adding the subject when creating the link. For users who are not comfortable working with HTML, having this option directly in the link tool would make the process much easier and more user-friendly.

This may seem like a small feature, but it is very helpful when asking people to reply about a specific topic. A pre-filled subject makes it easier for the person responding and also makes it easier for us to organize and identify incoming replies.

Overall, we are very pleased with Constant Contact and would recommend it.

I like the product but designing a newsletter for web and mobile is frustrating sometimes. What might look good for web can look bad for mobile unless they rotate the phone. I also have an issue making sections linked together and separating them. It’s not self explanatory. Maybe it’s me but perhaps better or more intuitive help?

The software is organized, great help support, and I really enjoy using the software.

Constant Contact enables us to communicate news, needs or updates with our nonprofit's supporters quickly and at a reasonable cost. We use it many times throughout the year!

I need to print a copy of a weekly e-news for our files. When I ask it for "download/print" most times it times out and will not be able to locate.

This is extremely frustrating!

Otherwise, CC is fine.

Perfect email client system, but too expensive if you ask me.

Email campaigns are so easy and they actually get to their destinations - Amazing !!!
