I try to buy 4 power cables. I placed an order on the 22 of november.
I get an ordrebekræftelse saying that 2 out of four are out of stock and need a longer delivery time. I ask if I can get it in other length in order to get it earlier?
I got the following answer
"All the cables from this supplier except for article 1052175 has long delivery time.
If you can find another cable that has the same length and cost the same but with a delivery time of 2-3 days you are welcommed to send me the articlenumber and we can take a look."
Every time I write it take one to 2 working days to get an answer.
It is now one week later and I stil have no cable send to me .
This is not acceptable

I chose Conrad due to the best price and overall the service and delivery were excellent

I bought 3 pieces MCP4725, none of them responded to an I2C bus scan, so they are completely worthless. I suspect they are counterfeit.

The worst thing though is; that I wasted one God damn week of my life trying to make them work. Time which I will never be able recover, and never get any compensation for, since Conrad never makes any mistakes nor do they sell any counterfeit products, obviously everything is my own fault because I'm too intercourse mentally deficient. (sorry about the last three words, trustpilot censorship won't allow me to express my true feelings, but you know what I mean)

However I subsequently bought 10 pieces MCP4725 from Aliexpress at a fraction of the Conrad price. They may be counterfeit as well, but I don't give a rat's ssa (spelled backwards), at least THEY WORK!

Among the cheapest on the market. Quality of the goods and delivery time okay.

Very unprofessional. Do not buy from them! Late or no delivery, items falsely listed on stock, no contact phone, late in answering emails!

Long version: It has been four weeks since I ordered a product that I was supposed to get within 2-3 days. The order was made on 11.10.2017.
On 13.10.2017 I have received an email stating that the product will be sent within 1 week.
After talking to Fredrik (customer service) through emails, I am told it will be sent on the 27th, after which he changes his mind and says the 30th of October. It's the 8th of November and guess what, I still haven't received the product. Plus, they've been ignoring my emails for the past week where I ask when it will finally be delivered.

And they also have the nerve to ask for feedback. Here it is. I hope you like it ;)

No any problems with purchase and delivery.

Appalling, cheap and nasty products and no customer service!

Bought a cheap and nasty Shop-Vac Ultra *workshop* vacuum cleaner for far more money than it was worth. 1,500DKK!

The supplied cleaning hose was tiny and all the cleaner fittings far too small even for normal household use. They blocked repeatedly when I tried to vacuum sawdust. Shop = Workshop in the US. This machine was completely unsuitable for workshop use as supplied! False advertising!

The machine arrived damaged and incapable of being put together without repairing the poorly made, plastic, factory mouldings. I repaired it by carefully drilling out the closed-off holes for locating the castors on the body. The most basic factory quality inspection is obviously optional in Shop-Vac factories.

The lid, with motor attached, lifts 1cm or half an inch on the body when the handle is used. Why?

The yellow body was covered in dark marks and scuffs when it arrived as if it had been returned by another angry and dissatisfied customer! Could it have left the Chinese factory in that damaged state? Or did I get a returned item? Do Conrad not check returned items before bouncing them straight back out of the door?

Conrad want me to return the entire vacuum cleaner at their expense but it might take EIGHT WEEKS to be assessed for replacement or refund.

I was willing to forgive all the other problems so I could just use the machine. My old workshop vacuum had stopped working and I badly needed a replacement.

I asked ONLY for a new floor cleaning head to replace the damaged head which was supplied with the cleaner. They will not comply with my simple request.

Beware answering Conrad's normal business emails. They are marked no-reply. So you have to search their website and paste their customer service address into your email service to complain. I was told they are presently inundated with customers wanting to contact them. I wonder why?

Avoid Conrad and Shop-Vac.
