We had three tree surgeons around to quote for some work on our two Monkey Puzzle trees. There was a lot of dead wood and needed careful surgery. We chose Connick as their quote was competitive and the customer service was the best. The team of Chris Tom and Scott were excellent. Extremely efficient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. As you can imagine scaling up complex trees like these was no easy task but Chris made light work of it. The trees now look extremely healthy and hopefully will survive another 100 years. The clearing up was immaculate. I would recommend Connick to anybody. Thanks guys!

Harry and Bradley were polite helpful and cheerful. They took trouble to do what I wanted and left the site clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The initial quotation was very fair and competitive. Zoe in the office provided excellent communication wrt the booking. Alfie and Evan arrived promptly and throughout the day they were both very professional and friendly. The tree work was exactly as I’d hoped and they left the ground area immaculately tidy. I will be using them from now on.

Encountered one of their vehicles towing a small mulcher trailer on the M25 junction with M23 this morning. I hardly think doing 70 in the outside lane (illegal) lends itself to responsible driving. The wheels on the trailers have a maximum speed rating and could have blown out at that speed causing carnage. The company could have been sued as well as the driver getting banned. I hope they give this driver the warning he deserves. Next time it’ll be the police!

Tony and Ryan arrived yesterday and worked hard for hours they were very pleasant men with a great work ethic, they were polite and very helpful.
Unfortunately the machine broke and they had to come back another time, and by the next morning they were here finishing the job.

Atrocious, can't drive, can't park, abuse there vehicles, not people you want working for you.

I am so impressed with the work done by Connick Tree Care on the 2 very overgrown trees in front of my small block of flats.
Jamie and Tim were extremely friendly, polite, hardworking and followed all health and safety protocols. They also dealt with a very drunk and difficult resident of the flats in a very calm and polite manner.
I would highly recommend Connick Tree Care and especially Jamie and Tim.Their work is exceptional. Thank you so much guys.

If I could give zero I would!! Charged a lot of money, wreaked plants & grass as they just let huge boughs drop from high up! Threw equipment on flowerbeds , crushing plants & turned up in a massive lorry which the hadn’t warned about which in turn damaged our manhole in our driveway.
My husband had to go out & supervise the clearing up as they thought that blowing small branches, twigs & sawdust onto the flower beds was acceptable!
I have just used another contractor to remove another large oak & the difference in approach is incredible! No comparison.
I do NOT recommend using Connick Tree Care !

Twice theycan out. Didn't finish the job. They have a contract with L&Q housing. Pay private mybe good. L&Q rubbish.

Careless and arrogant. They did a very visible and not easily reparable damage to our garden without our permission and didn't even apologise for their illegal actions, let alone suggesting any remedy. I spent a lot of time trying to reason with them in order to find a solution - in vain. They just laughed it off. Would not recommend.

Asked them to come out and quote to winter wash our trees. They gave us loads of info, including a printed sheet with a list of things we could do to help. Then they said we should try ourselves to save money and didn't charge us for the visit or the advice. Really impressed
