I engaged their innovator visa service in January 2024, paying £5240. Despite the considerable time elapsed, I haven't received a draft. When I inquired about withdrawing the process after two months, they claimed it was too late. Now, when questioning the lack of progress, they blame my request to halt the process. For nearly a month, my attempts to reach them have been met with poor responses, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. If anyone needs more details, I can provide additional proof.
