Avoid this garage

Avoid this garage, they trying to push you service for do the same thing what they done 10 days ago !
When you try to explain for investigation they just charge money for same check with no any fix ! Single answer it’s premium car you have to pay for nothing!

I tried to book a service online and…

I tried to book a service online and even called three times, but received no response. The AI chat box was not helpful and was full of typos, making communication even harder. Please improve this — it’s frustrating and disappointing. This isn’t just about a car, it’s about customer service, and right now the experience is awful.

Purchase of BMW from Conlans

David Donagher was brilliant from start to finish. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Very thorough and clear with informstion right throughout the process. Also Katie was really helpful with the car set up. Overall a great experience and I'll be back again.

Just like to write a few lines to say…

Just like to write a few lines to say thanks to all the team at Conlans BMW Newbridge/Naas while since I dealt with them but good as ever everyone to deal with they go out of there way to make ya comfortable relaxed ,easy to talk to and with top class the only words to use ,massive thanks to Lukas who I was dealing with your a gentleman you could not have done more that is the truth thank you for everything ,take my advice deal with these people they have been around a while to put it politely starting in Rathangan Not the 1st time to buy a BMW from Conlans and wont be my last again thanks to everyone Lukas especially

Professional, helpful and friendly

Had my car in today for a few small things and it was a great experience. The lady at the desk was so lovely and helpful and they did a thorough check of the car complimentary. They also gave the car a hoover and washed the outside and also threw in free wipers and a key cover.

Got my i4 M50 'serviced' today and was…

Got my i4 M50 'serviced' today and was asked to be there at 11am, I told them I would be waiting so would need the service (brake fluid, air filter plus screen wash) completed ASAP. When I booked the service I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours, I came back at 1pm and was told it would be another 15 minutes, car eventually presented at 1.30pm, not washed or vacuumed... for €375!. I didn't buy the car with them but have done so in the past.... today convinced me to never again

Ordered a part and got the message call…

Ordered a part and got the message call and arrange collection so I called and this man probably the most rude person asks what are you looking to check if the part is here? I mean where is the respect, we buy expensive genuine parts, your job is to be respectful towards your client!!

Very disappointing after sales service

Very disappointing after sales service. Have had two major issues since the purchase of my Range Rover less than 2 years ago. Huge delays waiting on parts to come in and minimal communication to keep me up to date with what was happening. Conlons had my car for almost 8 weeks trying to sort out one problem. Current problem was sorted last week. I was told the job would take approx 2.5hr hours. Actual time was 6 hours waiting which was fine but my main grip is I advised them there was a tyre issue with lights coming on for low pressure. I was then told that the mechanics said there was no issue.
Sure enough on way how my tyre light came on along with other warnings. Having to pull over on a major motorway highly unsafe and very annoying when I asked them to check for me !! Huge nail found in the tyre so clearly they didn’t bother to even look at it. Something my local garage spotted and fixed in 30 mins. For a major Land Rover dealer it’s hugely disappointing how bad their after sales service really is. I would never buy from them again.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Told the service department that my timing chains needed to be replaced €250 diagnostic charge to confirm what I already told them. 6 weeks to do the repair. Got the car back and it’s leaking exhaust gases. Another week to repair that. Now they tell me the valve cover is cracked and leaking oil! The inference being I need to pay to replaced a part they worked on. Not to mention the rubbing from the front passenger side.
