CONFORAMA'S "GET IN TOUCH NOTE" BELOW - THE FIRM STILL REFUSED TO PAY UP, DESPITE A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH MY ITALIAN LAWYER.
CONFORAMA PROMISED IN WRITING TO PAY eURO 305 IN COMPENSATION AND TO ORDER THE MISSING PARTS FOR THE KITCHEN BY 31.01.23 (FOLLOWING ORDER IN AUGUST 2022).
CONFORAMA FAILED, FAILED, FAILED. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FASANO STORE.
History:
Bought and paid in full for a new kitchen plus furniture from Conforama, Fasano. Fitters of kitchen drilled through mains water pipe, part flooding house. Emergency plumber called because Conforama fitters had no idea what to do. Extensive wall damage caused accessing pipework to stop flow of water. Conforama fitters left without completing installation. The fitters also failed to leave all the kitchen parts required to complete the installation.
After 13 days Conforama management at Fasano has failed to accept responsibility, has failed to acknowledge liability, has failed to supply missing parts, has failed to pay for the damage caused to be rectified despite being contacted by me and my Italian lawyer.
Credit card dispute initiated, formal legal action against Conforama will be started to include legal costs. Appalling service - avoid Conforama.

Placed order online as website was showing all available in Sassari . After few days and no communication we went to the store ... Staff unhelpful and borderline rude . No desire to assist at all. Single item not available and they would not give us anything. Asked to cancel and we were told to do it online but there is not online form ... Email address sends you back to the same store ... I'm down over 600 euro and nobody is trying to help . Outages. Will be refinishing our kitchen here but not a chance I spent money there !

I had to wait 2 months to receive the bed as it was coming from a different region but I was told about it.
The delivery guys were on time, polite and very professional.

Very bad furniture
Very bad service, also very rubbish furniture. Cheaply done, take ages to receive, the assembly team is incompetent, the customer service is incompetent and useless. don't recommend this shop or service whatsoever. Also very expensive for the price you have to pay. Stay away from it!
