man vomited next to me on a flight and the flight staff simply did not clean it and did not allow me a seat change (by the way, I had paid to upgrade my seat to premium economy, which is also a joke). 7 hour flight smelling and looking at vomit. bought a different return flight based on my bad experience and reached out to customer service but haven’t received any response.

We booked this low cost airline because…
We booked this low cost airline because its parent organization did not fly the route, only to be rebooked by Condor on an even lower cost airline, basically the bottom of the barrel. Cancellation fees are horrendous.We lost €1600 when we cancelled, ie everyone from those airlines profit from unsuspecting customers. Never again!

All in all a pleasant experience
The route: Frankfurt - LAX
The good: new airplane, punctual, friendly crew, acceptable price, plane was half empty and I could check in with a packed carry on only. They offer rail and fly to get to the airport, I recommend use it during booking
The not so wonderful: quite narrow seating in eco, blankets only on request (but you get them) during booking everything besides the actual fare , is charged separately (luggage, seat selection, special food, little snacks during flight)
All in all a pleasant experience, they try to be competitive by offering low priced basic fare travel.
In a class of its own
Last Sunday my wife and I flew from Frankfurt to New York JFK with Condor in the business class. We flew in one of the brand new Airbus A330 Neo aircraft, painted with the new Stripes logo.
We were absolutely amazed at the quality and the attention to detail of the whole product experience. Never have I seen this in an airline before! The headrest covers, the socks and amenity kits, even the salt and pepper, fashioned in the shape of an airplane with Condor logo have been created for the new image. It is the perfect styling, and it extends also to the uniforms of the flying personnel.
Our servers were super friendly, efficient and helpful, and the food was worthy of a five-star restaurant! It was absolutely delicious and of a variety never seen before. I am a frequent traveler and have traveled in business and in First class all my life, so I can definitely compare.
The new Condor puts so-called premium airlines like Lufthansa to shame. It's like overtaking on the right hand lane!
From now on I will fly only on Condor if the routing permits it.

They refuse to refund my purchases of toiletries and a change of clothes.
The Condor M. Abdelaziz staff lied in their email, saying it was non-refundable because, according to them, I live in Las Palmas, which is completely false.

I had a flight in a different company and it got cancelled, so I found a substitute flight with condor, what can I say?
1) The Flight attendants were super friendly, funny and cheering, kept the passengers in calm and good mood, made super tasty Caramel Latte for a very reasonable price, and with a big smile from the heart!!! 💖
2) the plane was super clean, the seat was very comfortable and I had everything I needed 🌷🦋
3) The Chicken Curry pre ordered meal was like from a restaurant! So tasty 😋
Condor literally saved me, I don’t understand the negative feedback at all.
I would definitely fly with Condor more, they are very careful and provide great service 🥰

I tried to postpone my flight from January 2, 2024 to December 29, 2023. This was impossible on the Internet despite the announcement of their customer service on the phone.

Fraudulent and scaming way to sell the upgrade
Fraudulent and scaming way to sell the upgraded products. Having a lower back problem, we've purchased the upgraded seats and spent over 100Eur each way. The upgraded seats we purchased based on the plane map had a large space in the front and that's what we needed.
To our biggest surprise, when we boarded the plane, the seats we purchased were not any different from other seats in economy class, i.e., very small space to the row in the front. We raised the problem to the flight attendant showing the images of the seat and space we purchased, but told that they're aware of this "mistake", but not much help could be provided. Obviously, the same thing happened on the return flight.
Upon the return, I contacted Condor customer service with all backups, explanations, and images, asking for an apology causing the suffering and requesting a refund for the upgrade we paid. The answer was a "no" and that no refund would be issued. Sent another email asking to escalate my case to the management. The response was that they will not issue a refund and will not respond to my emails. Awful experience and lying to customers would be the last thing you expect this day and age

The worst airline I’ve experienced, would give it 0 stars if I could. I was reluctant to book due to the terrible reviews but was the only airline that could get me to my destination at the required time.
Terribly uncomfortable planes, even in premium economy.
Lost my luggage on BOTH outbound and returning flights. They say they give compensation on items purchased due to loss of luggage as long as costs are kept to a minimal. Due to having no clothes other than the tracksuit I travelled in and no toiletries, I purchased the following:
Pants, Socks, Trousers, T shirt, Polo shirt, toothpaste, toothbrush and body lotion.
All clothing items in sale in order to keep costs as low as possible, I intentionally purchased the bare minimum with no guarantee when my luggage would arrive.
I was then told, they would only offer me 50% refund because the clothes can be worn again and no refund for the toiletries as these are items that are purchased daily. I tried to dispute the claim and they said their policy is final.
Reluctantly accepted their £70 offer having spent £170 on replacement items due to them losing my luggage. I’ve since been ignored with no confirmation on if the £70 compensation will be processed 3 weeks later.
I genuinely can not advise you to avoid this airline if at all possible. I may not get my £70 compensation but hopefully this review costs them more in loss of sales and forces them to improve their customer service.

The flight was so delayed that we missed our transit. They landed 5 minutes before the layover so we missed the flight.
They then rebooked us but we had to wait 11 hours in the airport.
Horrible customer service and rude. No accountability whatsoever.

Terrible Service – Overcharged for Luggage and Poor Customer Support
We had an awful experience flying with Condor. Despite paying for our luggage in advance, we were charged an additional €400 at the airport for the same baggage. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful, making us waste over an hour arguing at check-in instead of enjoying our trip.
To make matters worse, it took an entire month to get our money reimbursed, with little to no communication from their customer service. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable

Gross incompetence
I paid for a business class ticket from Port Elizabeth To Hamburg for a friend. The FA31 flight from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town was over-booked which meant that my friend was unable to meet her two othe connections to Hamburg. Stupid diversity hire customer service person said (two weeks later) we'll re-book your seat to Cape Town! To this date, no compensation. Avoid this company at all costs.
I’ve become a fan after 2 flights
I’ve taken flights twice from Dubai to Berlin and I honestly have to say, this didn’t feel like a low cost. The food is great, the service was amazing, the WiFi was better than many “airlines is the year”. Honestly, can’t stress on how much I love their service. I’m a fan.
