Order never arrived!
My experience with Condomania.
My first order was on Sun, Apr 30, 10:08 PM
I receive an email from Condomania on May 31, 2023, 5:48 PM, want me to write a review about my recent purchase.
I write a review a few days ago but been blocked.
I email Ben at Condomania, want to know why my review is been blocked?.
Ben reply to my email:
"When a customer leaves a bad review and mentions that he or she isn't going to purchase from us again, it leaves little incentive for us to want to help you resolve your case. Please give us a chance to fix this and try to win you over as a customer for life."
I wait for over one and a half month, in the end the order never arrived...
My first time order from Condomania and will be my last.

We sent this customer's order to his address in Canada. The post office indicated that the address provided to Condomania was incorrect and gave the customer the option to pick up the order at the local post office. The customer never retrieved the order.
Condomania offered to re-ship the order to Canada at no cost but the customer refused. I'm not sure what more we could have done here.

Great place for sexy shopping
