Arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They managed to reach the most difficult to access areas. They were kind and did a difficult job with a smile. I expected to pay a lot more and I could not believe the quotation. I would recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.

Not happy with the delay!
There was a delay with delivery which meant another week putting up with the heatwave & scorching sun heating up the kitchen!
When the blinds finally arrived everything went smoothly and all three blinds were fitted without any issue.
Quite expensive for what they are but they do look good so hope they last a good few years.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with the timing. Your order was placed on 22nd June with an anticipated lead time of up to four weeks, and we completed the installation on 16th July, within the original timescale advised.
We completely understand that the recent hot weather made you keen to have the blinds fitted as soon as possible, and we were equally keen to get them installed for you.
Unfortunately, a delay with our courier meant we were unable to carry out the installation on the earlier date we had hoped for. We kept you informed throughout and arranged installation on the afternoon the blinds arrived.
Thank you again for your feedback. We’re delighted you’re pleased with how the blinds look and hope you enjoy them for many years to come.
Efficient service and great product
This is one of many products I have ordered from Concorde. As always the measuring process was very quick. A couple of weeks later the blind was ready. I couldn’t do the first date I was offered for fitting but we quickly rearranged the date to suit me. An early morning appointment allowed me to get to work and Liam arrived right on time. Really pleased with the blind and will always return to Concorde.

I am really pleased with my new shutter blind in the bathroom it makes a massive difference to privacy, light and most of all the ease of cleaning it, my old blind was not practical and very difficult to clean so very happy. 5 Star Experience
The experience with Concorde Blinds has been exceptional throughout. From Margaret visiting our home and helping us select the final samples to Liam who fitted them.
Liam is professional & incredibly knowledgable and was a delight to deal with. And quite frankly he made the job look easy!
Finally the quality of all of our blinds has been fantastic, we especially like the motorised version for over our bifold doors.
I would recommend Concorde blinds to anyone looking to freshen up their home decor.

I ordered three blinds and was given a lead in date of three weeks - couldn’t be happier all three were installed quickly and efficiently today just over two weeks from start to finish .No mess - all packaging taken away , no fuss simply great . So pleased I went back to them again and will use again in the future and have no hesitation recommending them.
