yes it's true this is my account and i can't log in for 3 4 years and nothing tony big problem.

Beware: Concept4x is pure FRAUD!!!!!
Tony Gallo and Oliver Matthew or Mark are rotten scammers and Online daylight Robbers.
They will scam you of your money to make personal gain for themselves.
This company needs to be closed down and these thieves arrested for what they do.
Sad to admit that I fell victim to their scam.

Concept4x is a total scam.dont do it. Mark matthew conned me into thinking I was moving funds from Europe forex,only to find the second i sent my details, the piece of sh.t withdrawed 250 from my bank, dispute telling him I live on disability, lost most, had £80left &cant withdraw it. Kin lying dirty c...s!!!!

I got scammed by Tony Gallo I gave him my last £250 and he promised me I would make a profit at the beginning of COVID 19 I watched my account grow to nearly £700 and when I asked for my money at first he kept saying he had put it in my bank then he told me to get a Coinbase account and he would give it to me he has done nothing but lie and con me TONY GALLO is a CON MAN BEWARE !!!! I still haven’t got any money back.

I have opened my account with the concept4x two months ago in the corona madness. I was actually a bit concerned as the financial situation worldwide was uncertain, the start was not that promising. I was in touch with my account manager Mark and then with Tony. I’ve invested a small amount at the beginning and with time I went and invested a bit more, in order to protect the account trades . We’ve had a bit of shaky start but the service from Tony and Mark was always absolutely professional, they have always supported me and gave me a clear overview even if not always promising. Last week I have got my investment back and I still have double the amount in my trading account. I understand sometimes trades can go wrong however customer service and support was always helpful and honest in my personal experience. Recommending a first trial and even a second chance!

I am handling my partner account as it’s hard for her to understand everything in English, so mostly I am guiding her and she is learning from Tony – her mentor at Concept4x.com she started with 350 Euro and there was a spike with gold trade so she lost everything in the first 2 days. She doesn’t speak very good English. So I assisted her to understand the basics and with investing.com I teach her a lot. She restarted again with Tony, with a thousand usd investment and built her account in 6 months. She already got 1500 euro back in her bank but she still have more than her investment in the trading account. Though her account is limited as due to fluctuation, she asked concept4x for bonuses to cover the margin level. And it make her account limited to withdraw funds. I can say something good that whatever we invested we got a few thousands euro back already in our bank account. Now We have really a respecatable amount in our trading account but can not withdraw it as its limited because of bonuses. I understand that. Never had issues with their professionalism, tony communicate with us twice a week. He never forced to invest more but sometimes when the trade is against us, just to cover the margin level. I like the leverage personally as I am already trading with some other brokers too with a very low leverage and its so hard to make profits with them. Pips, spread, and leverage is amazing at concept4x.
But my concern is that these negative comments making us feel very uncomfortable and we have a good amount still in our trading account.

Upon attempting to withdraw funds from my account, the balance reset to zero, yet no funds arrived. I have been trying to contact their support for a month now to try and resolve this but I am being ignored on all channels of communication.Do not trade with this company they can’t be trusted I’m thankful to adminatmalaikaconsultancy. Com he was able to help me claim back all my money from them.

Be very careful with this company they work on big leverage and high exposure, which means that they will return you money quick but all it takes is one trade to go in the wrong direction and you would need to add more funds, otherwise your account will blow and you will lose your money. Also they ask you go to a contract and you can’t draw any money out until you have reached 3 months. They only took wire transfers and changed their bank accounts twice in one month. I understand why they do this, if you want a safe option to trade go with PROFITIX the strategy is good, they will return you 10-15% profits with low exposure. When trading you need to make mistakes to realise where you need to go. Remember 90% of traders lose within 90 days, make sure you research skill up and understand the market fully before committing your money.

Concept 4x –SCAM

I opened an account with Concept4x in August 2019, with an initial deposit of £250.00 although I had problems to start with Concept4x taking unauthorised payments off my credit cards, this was resolved and bonuses were added to allow the trades to start
Although a little sceptical to start with I paid my money and was allocated an account manager called Peter Chambers who contacted me by email on a regular basis, my trades started and were starting to go up as I was receiving positive results ,In December my account was taken over by a new account manager Called Tony Gallo ,Once again my trades continued to go up with profits of up to £100 per trade ,my account had climbed from £250.00 to £1500 which I was more than happy with ,who doesn’t want to see their account grow with positive profits ,Just before the new year I was contacted By a 3rd account manager Mark Matthew ,who claimed he oversaw risks when accounts went in to a negative balance
I had previously had emails from Mark so did not think too much about it when he contacted me about a Trade they had put on for Gold, He told me that he needed to stop the trade as it was running at a loss and it was to protect my account, he asked me to make another deposit on to my account to cover the loss this would then guarantee he trade could be stopped and further guaranteed trades could go ahead which in his words will generate thousands
,At this time I didn’t understand why he was asking for more money as my account stood at £1524.15 credit ,I advised I did not have more money to add to the account but was told it was needed to continue with the trades as the system would not allow a negative trade, he sent me the bank details to make a further payment, in the end the day after I reluctantly paid a further £250.00 in to the account by bank transfer as I could not pay by Debit card he advised me that he would start working on the account as soon as funds had cleared my account balance was then ,(I have email communication as evidence of all the conversations which took place ) my additional deposit was made on 03/01/2020,nothing happened with the account ,I checked the account over the weekend my balance was £1774.15 and the trade for gold was currently standing at £-1255.00 with a swap of -10.29 ,the stocks were not moving either up or down due to the weekend closure
I checked my account at 07.48 Monday 06.01.20 and my gold trade had closed at a loss of £-2285.75
Leaving my account at £-521.89, I sent an urgent email to Mark Matthew asking him to contact me regarding the account, at first I received no reply ,so I emailed the other account manager Tony Gallo to be told he was away from work on personal issues ,so I emailed Mark again ,he also told me he was out of the office and Tony would be dealing with the account ,to which I replied I had tried to make contact with Tony also to be told the same thing ,no one has replied since ,I was looking to withdraw some money shortly but now have nothing to withdraw and have opened a fraud case through My bank and reported them to the FCA
This company might seem to be legitimate ,but they are nothing but lying Cheating scammers
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCIES
I’ve sadly learnt my lesson the hard way

Is a liar and I have email to prove it.
In my contract no more than 40% of account to be at risk.
I have email to say I can withdraw Profits at any time ,when I asked to withdraw a small amount No was his answer.
You have to wait 3 months till December.
Ok December came £6300 was in the account .
Just before Christmas I asked for £1100
for urgent dentist bill no reply.
Beginning of January.I email him again and noticed he had started trading again and according to the screen lost £6100 in one and a half days.
He did email asking for more money to save the account
And sent details of a different bank account to the company
Fortunately I have all the evidence I sent to Visa credit and a refund has been received.
I hope they pursue these cheats
