I can't believe Microsoft uses this company to represent themselves. The slowest service ever, with probably just AI translated service as well, or so it seems. Microsoft, get your priorities straight.

A nightmare

The N26 Bank project is one of the worst projects I've ever worked on. My supervisor was completely incompetent and useless. He was never able to help me with anything, in fact, he did everything he could to create problems for me, so much so that I left after only two months. The management team is made up of ignorant goats who only know how to give absurd orders, disregarding your needs or health, and don't even give you time to learn procedures. From day one, they throw you like cannon fodder, taking three chats at once and then blame you for their poor management if the results aren't good. The overall environment is extremely toxic. If you stay too long working in those conditions, it will impact your mental and physical health in the long run. The financial and working conditions are different from what they told you during the recruitment process. If you have a different Greek account than theirs, every month or for each transfer they charge you bank fees, which they will split with you. You have to pick up everything you need for work yourself because they don't send couriers to your home to save money, so it'll all be at your expense and your health if you take public transportation. In short, a perfect modern lager!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The few months I spent there, were filled with chaos. Not only that the whole management left, nobody seems to inform the other, in every department. And nobody seems to care. An unfair TL who gave me an unjustified leave for the whole day when leaving 10 minutes too early, favouritism, colleagues out of hell who show things wrong with intention, 2 TLs within 4 months, and so much more. In the end, 4 weeks on my pc basically doing nothing, but for them that was totally normal. No private insurance as promised after 3 months. Project manager tried to help with that but succeeded only 2 days after I signed the resignation letter. I know Greek chaos but Concentrix is the cherry on top of the cake. Avoid to work for them.

the worse company i´ve ever worked.

the worse company i´ve ever worked.
Never worked in a so desorganizes company like that one, every payday it´s a chaos, everybody receiving wrong salaries and they´re not able to make the changes quicly, sometimes 4,5 months waiting for a answer of something that is the right of the collaborator once that we´re not slaves to work for free. everybody just normalize saying ´´that´s concentrix, welcome, get used to, it´s always like that´´ but nobody really do nothing about it and that´s very frustrating, we feel like nobody wants to help us, even talk to hr it´s not possible once that they only work online and never reply the emails. very bad experience and i wish nobody be at the same situation

Experience with Concentrix (Czech…

Experience with Concentrix (Czech Republic)

My experience with Concentrix was long-term and deeply negative, reflecting systemic issues related to employment contracts, management practices, and HR conduct.

Employment contracts and job insecurity

Employment contracts are consistently issued for one year only, meaning employees never have real job security, even after multiple years of service. When the contract ends, there is no severance pay, even after nearly three years, as the contract simply expires.

In practice, employees are often pressured into moving to significantly worse projects, with poorer shifts and lower pay, in order to push them to leave voluntarily. HR does not communicate transparently, frequently gaslights employees, and avoids providing clear answers. Projects are constantly opened and closed, meaning a one-year contract does not guarantee stability even for the near future.

Management and internal culture

Management culture is strongly affected by favoritism and the promotion of incompetent individuals based on personal connections rather than skills.

After 2.5 years, my project — one of the few with decent conditions and management — was shut down, and I was forced onto another project. The interview was conducted by a team leader who was later accused of bullying by part of the team and dismissed. Upon joining, a completely inexperienced TL took over, primarily due to personal relationships.

This TL indirectly pressured me to:

align with a specific group within the team

provide negative feedback during shadowing about colleagues from the opposing group

I later realized that this TL systematically removed people from the team by waiting until their contracts expired, without informing them in advance, while replacements were already prepared. Despite staying neutral and focused solely on my work, the same thing was eventually done to me.

Health impact and termination

Last month, I underwent several surgeries, partly as a result of severe burnout, anxiety, and long-term stress caused by sacrificing my health for this company.

While on sick leave, my TL reassured me with supportive messages, creating the impression that my contract would continue. On the very day my contract expired, I was simply informed that my employment had ended.

Systemic issue after three years

This situation affects many employees. Under Czech law, after three years, a fixed-term contract must become indefinite, and only then does pension contribution begin. To avoid this, Concentrix terminates employment, and if another project is offered, employees start the three-year cycle from scratch.

Salary and bonuses

Over nearly three years, my salary never increased, despite consistent performance and hundreds of unpaid overtime hours. Bonuses exist but are irregular and completely non-transparent, with no clear explanation for changes despite stable results.

HR

HR is passive, dismissive, and gaslighting, relying on employees not pushing back.

Conclusion

Concentrix is the worst company I have ever worked for. I stayed only because it was my sole remote option at the time.

If you are looking for a workplace where job security, transparency, and respect are absent, Concentrix may be the right choice.

Avoid

Would not recommend this company, applied to what I thought was something I’d enjoy, the process took a while until the start date. Started early January on a fraud campaign, few days into training realised the role was much more intense and not anything that was described on the job advertisement. Claimed to have a lot of support but didn’t and when I had to take a sick day I called the absence line and was accused of pretending to be sick and was asked if I thought the job wasn’t what I was expecting, which i found was a very odd thing to ask. Throughout working here for a short period It has caused my mental health to plunge massively. Don’t put yourself through it.

A very uninteresting company to work…

A very uninteresting company to work with.
The team leaders are a joke: never quite understood what they’re really doing…
The HR don’t have a face and all the processes run in the lack of transparency.
The salary is low (the minimum wage in Portugal). If possible the company does everything to minimize even more that amount.
The communication is near to 0.
I don’t even dare to include the experience in my CV: in fact doesn’t sums nothing.

Disorganised company

A very disorganized company. I received confirmation that they were going to hire me and that I would then speak with a manager. At the last minute, they sent me an email saying the meeting had been postponed. After that, nothing. Very, very disorganized.

Concentrix has major HR and workplace…

Concentrix has major HR and workplace issues. HR is lazy, toxic, and clueless about labor laws. They pressure employees for 5-star reviews, but if you speak out or don’t comply, they’ll blacklist you or gossip about you behind your back. Salaries are almost the same regardless of experience, and the work culture is terrible, people with minimal qualifications sit alongside those with master’s degrees with no accountability. It’s a frustrating and demotivating place, and management clearly doesn’t value professionalism or fairness.

Everything that is wrong with the actual environment in big companies, is in Concentrix: no communication, fake contract, lies and less money than offered. They rush to make you sign all the papers and then they completely ignore you since day one. Some employees try their best but when on top you have greedy, ignorant people, the result is the worst image Portugal can give about jobs. Go pick tomatoes in the fields, become a waiter, polish the azulejos in the streets but please, don't go work for them.

Customer (Lack of) Support

How these Buffoons have managed to get a contract with some of the UK's leading phone companies and more is beyond me, Predatory tactics to gain/keep customers for commission from their clients, Once they've earned that you'll be passed around the call centre like a frisbee and receive absolutely no support, just rude attitudes and people hanging the phone up - I wonder how long they'll manage to keep the contract with this behaviour, scum.

I chose to apply for a position with…

I chose to apply for a position with this company because the advertised wage was $17.35-22.31. I thought a company that paid their employees well cared and valued them. I went through the long drawn out hiring process, that included a test of my computer, which was redundant because they send out equipment.

The interview came around, booked in a date, was advised it would be a Teams meet virtual interview. When the interview started the recruiter Kathy, from NB, wasn’t even professional enough to have her camera on. It was also at this point that the advertised wage went out the window.

This is a company that falsely advertises, if they do not tell the true for one thing there will be many other things also. Concentrix is a global company so maybe it is just the Canadian side I will address this with the CEO directly if necessary.

What can I say

What can I say. I did a bit of research before starting Concentrix however thought I would take into consideration others views, but to keep mine open. Boy have the reviews reflected. Training, what a shambles. First day was in a ‘virtual’ training room with over 30 people in silence while they supported getting people online. This should have been done prior to training starting. The rest of the training was practically useless. I don’t use anything I was taught in training because without any training systems to play in your have to think on your feet. Unless you get in with a good and supportive TL like mine, you’re stuck. There is a huuuuuge lack of support. I’ve seen agents being called out in chat which is disgusting and unprofessional. 3 people from my training group have already quit. They have over 2000 agents using our main ordering system halo. Takes about an hour to put through a call. Vodafone need to sort their terms out. They are far too long and customers shut off half way through and we lose sales. Do concentrix care! No as long as they sit on their ass and get their commission. I still work here through no choice as I need to earn a wage. I doubt I’ll be here long though. I don’t force sales and I accept what the customer wants.
