Getting the best value from your laptop

Having purchased a laptop from Swiftech last year, we recently made the mistake of buying a secondhand DVD player to play some of our DVD videos.
Having spent more money on cables to try to make it work, a visit to Swiftech proved our new device was broken and confirmed our mistake - not to be repeated!
We now have a new DVD player and Swiftech has confirmed this will provide many years excellent service!

Exceptional service!

I had been looking to get a pc for a long time, however, lacking any prior experience in building PCs, I opted to seek assistance here. I came in with a small budget however i ended up with a pc that i am really happy with. Also, i got to go in and see my pc being built from start to finish which was a great experience!

New SSD for Laptop

I recently bought an SSD to upgrade my laptop, and asked Computer Repair Centre to install it for me. The job was done really well, and quickly. Great service!

Exceedingly good personal service at rates that will keep you coming back

Outstanding friendly personal and professional service, amazing technical knowledge and expertise. I have visited Rajan here several times for reapisr over the years and he's such a great guy to deal with and very fair. So this year, I asked him to build me a new custom PC and it far easier than I anticipated. He talked me through all the options and delivered the job on budget. I got what I wanted and more. Highly recommend this small business. FREE parking opposite the shop.

Great service

Great service. My Lenovo Thinkpad laptop had become slow and the USB ports had stopped working. Jim upgraded the version of Windows (7 to 10), put in a brand new super-fast large capacity hard disk, moved over all the data and programmes and talked me through what had been done - all for much less than half the price of a new laptop, which is essentially what I now have got. Well done the Computer Repair Centre!

Go there at your own risk - or better elsewhere . . .

The ratings of this outfit are historical (more than 2 years old). The most recent experience (May/June 2019) was horrible. My laptop was operational when I brought it in - and I got it back NON-OPERATIONAL. On opening it up by the shop a "diode" was broken off completely, and that was given as reason for getting back a computer which no longer worked. What the shop called a "diode" was actually a capacitor, so the guy didn't know what he was talking about. When I asked that - at least - my SSD should be taken out - that was announced impossible because it was declared a RAID type. Completely untrue (RAID relates to an array of drives, not one only). I was advised to buy a new computer - and offered a refurbished laptop - which I declined. This shop's main business interest is to sell their own inventory, rather than repair. I took my laptop somewhere else - and learned the truth about I had been deceived. Go there at you own risk - or better - somewhere else. (and record your conversations!)

OUR P.C

OUR P.C. IS USED BY THE FAMILY AND SO DEVELOPS ISSUES FROM TIME TO TIME. FINDING THE COMPUTER REPAIR COMPANY TUNBRIDGE WELLS HAS BEEN A GODSEND. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR APPROACH AND DON'T CHARGE THE EARTH. WE NOW TAKE COMPUTERS FROM OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS HERE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. WE WON'T TAKE OUR PC/LAPTOP ANYWHERE ELSE. I HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THE COMPUTER REPAIR CENTRE TUNBRIDGE WELLS.
