Great products and helpful customer service, would recommend

I ordered an AVM FRITZ!Box 5590 router and paid £8.39 extra for "Express Delivery 24hrs (DPD, Inter-link, UPS)", there were “200 in stock”.

After confirming the order and taking my payment, they then advised the item was not in stock, that it had to come from Germany, and that it would take “10 days max to deliver”.

It took 17 days to deliver (not the 24hrs promised), repeated emails asking for tracking updates went unanswered, I had to ask them 3 times to refund the £8.39 24hr courier charge, and when they eventually did refund me, they refunded 3p short! Petty, pathetic?

In summary:
They lied about having the item in stock.
They lied about “Express Delivery 24hrs (DPD, Inter-link, UPS) £8.39”
They then lied about “10 days max to deliver”.
They failed to keep me updated with tracking information despite repeated requests.
After requesting 3x they eventually refunded me the shipping charges, 3p short.

Would I recommend these people? I think NOT!!

Note: The item is still listed on their website, they now say they have “300 in stock”, and they are still offering “Express Delivery 24hrs (DPD, Inter-link, UPS) £8.39”

Amazing overall experience, went out for my birthday and recieved nothing but positive energy from all the staff. Really took my birthday experience to the next level and I will be forever grateful. My waiter for the night was extra friendly and I would recommend massively to friends and family.

Fast delivery and item arrived safe and secure.

Bought a motherboard on Sunday. Sent an invoice entitled refund but no refund has been received. Motherboard not delivered. I have called numerous times and messaged via ebay. Phone is never answered and no reply via email. Disgusting customer service avoid like the plague.

This is a FAKE Website. Look at the 5 star reviews, they all review this site and SmartTeck.co.uk so I guess that is also another FAKE Website. Beware!

Pretty sure this is a fake company. Ordered a gpu paid extra for fast delivery. 1 week later no response to any email or phones. They have another company called smartteck who I’ve emailed, they said they don’t know computersdeal.do.uk which is weird because there are two fake reviews here and both accounts have 5 star reviews for computersdeal.do.uk and smartteck. They both have the same website with the same goods. Avoid ordering, currently contacting bank to get my money back

Items did not arrive. Tried calling their telephone number, but does ring. No response over Email either. Do not use, if anything goes wrong with the order there is no-one to contact. Now have to try and get refunded through my credit card provider.

Buying from ComputersDeal.co.uk was a huge mistake. The price on the B&O Beo 20 looked great, but it never arrived after they said it had been shipped, and they never answered several emails asking for proper tracking number, why the delay etc. They never answered calls or responded to left messages. In the end, I felt I had been scammed, and I contacted PayPal for a full refund, which was handled very promptly. I cannot understand why PayPal does business with a business like this. The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid buying here. A deal that looked too good to be true was just that.

i havent opened the box just yet but delivery was fast enough

It's fine if you receive your items in good order, but do not expect them to lift a finger if there is an issue. At all. They are small-time marketplace sellers with no capacity for any form of customer service. They've been rude, indifferent and callous in all their communication, with no observable standards in professionalism. I recommend parting your money at more reputable and well-resourced retailers. All the spiel on their websites on great service etc. are not only complete lies, they are also badly-written English. I leave you to make your own conclusions.
