The memory, unfortunately, did not work in my Lenovo system. I tried every configuration but got the "no memory installed" beep code. I emailed CMS twice concerning this issue but haven't heard back yet. They did get it shipped quickly but now I need an RMA and a refund please.

Disappointing experience. I placed an order for some memory I was notified by my credit card company that the charge was approved I waited several days probably five I hadn’t heard from the company or any update on the order.

I contacted them and then three days later I got a response that they were waiting for the charges on my credit card to clear. I checked with my credit card turns out CMS never put the charges through.

I called the customer service line only to find out that they are not in service over the weekend.

12 days of my order still hasn’t been placed with computer memory solutions.

I ordered the wrong memory sticks. They won't acknowledge my two emails and three phone calls. Now the VM is full and won't accept messages. Nice helpful website, but doesn't sound like a real company.

Excellent memory for my Dell T310. Popped 4 sticks of 8gb quad rank for 32gb and booted up. Worked great! Now server loafs idle rather than caching to the hard drive all the time. Just exactly what I needed. Price was good too. Thanks!

The company failed to update me the the ordered been canceled due to a price listing error then said they returned the money but it been 1 week didn’t even see any pending transactions stated that the $133.75 was gonna be rerurned

I ordered two memory cards on May 11, 2022. Tried to call so see what was holding up my order - mailbox full. Sent email - no response. Don't know what the problem is, but a little communication would help. Have started to look for the cards somewhere else, not happy!

Product was quickly shipped out.Received product quickly and well wrapped. Product was as described.

Still no call back after a week, do I need remove the stickers on my memory for my laptop, voice mail was full as well...hmm.

Exactly as advertised, good price, prompt service. Seems to work fine.

Your delivery of memory recommend by you for my synology DS718+ arrived promptly.
I needed that as I was going on vacation.
I tore down my DS718+ and installed.
After 2 go boots 30 minutes of watching the blinking blue light I gave up and rolled back the hardware.
Disappointing and more disappointing is your lack of response to 3 attempts to communicate with you.
I've left email and vmail twice. I'm felling feeling screwed.
