Disappointing
They come across as competent and trustworthy. They do not really care about customers. Surrendered my phone for almost a week for repair. They did not inform me via email about the progress made, nor did they notify me when it was ready for collection as they had promised. My emails remained unanswered. I had to borrow a phone to call them. When I received a replacement phone — the one I had given them was allegedly unrepairable — they didn't help set it up. They said just restore the data back from your computer. This proved impossible. Not only was I without a phone for a second week, I also lost a lot of data, recordings, WhatsApp conversation history, etc. They could have just transferred the data from the faulty device, but they didn't. When I asked for help, they claimed, they had sent the old phone back to Apple. Maybe they are ok for purchasing devices, who knows... I would certainly not recommend them for service matters.
