I like the software, but the customer service is appalling.
On the morning of the 29th, after updating my computer, all of my files disappeared. Because I had appointments scheduled that day, my case was immediately escalated to Level 2 support. Despite the urgency, no technical support was provided and I was forced to cancel my appointments.
The following day (Saturday) was also wasted while I waited for assistance. The only communication I received was an email from Matthew Froggatt, National Sales Manager UK, at 4:43pm on Friday, acknowledging the urgency and advising that he had escalated the matter to support leadership. However, this did not result in any resolution or contact from the support team.
When a software issue causes a customer to lose access to their files and disrupts their business, a prompt and effective support response is essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. While the software itself has some strengths, the lack of support when it mattered most was extremely disappointing.
