Total scam! After they confirmed that they sell genuine Konica parts, I paid for everything in advance, but only half of the ordered items arrived, and after a month's delay.
When I asked where the rest of the order was, they replied "uh, it seems like an unpleasant mistake". After that, they stopped responding.
Thieves! Never again!

We cancelled the order as they received payment immediately but failed to deliver. And they don't even respond when we ask about the status of the refund.
Waiting for reply, I have paid in advance, lieing for delivery, for everyone, think twice before you order, more then 20 days waiting for delivery, they didnt send tracking no, still didnt receive goods, they are supposed to send on 22 may, I cant say one good thing for compredia
