Easy to book

Easy to book. A much better service than my GP. A good venue and a friendly doctor. The whole appointment was easy and relaxed. I was thanked for being early as the doctor had 40 patients that day. Speaks for itself.

a very pleasant experience

the doctor was very approachable very polite and explained everything in detail a very pleasant chap i had him last year too so it was nice to have a familiar face especially as the medical can be anxious he set me at ease the minute I walked in the room a nice guy

The process was simple and…

The process was simple and straightforward from start to finish, in a location that was easy to get to for me personally. It was also fairly short notice which was great. I also received a voicemail message reminder on the day which was good customer service. Quick, easy and efficient and I would happily use this supplier again.
