Whilst you can make good savings using the Complete Savings app it is not without its challenges. The app needs careful monitoring. Some retailers are brilliant at providing the cash back (e.g. Argo... See more

Joining Complete Savings has undoubtedly been one of the best decisions I've ever made... they provide a wonderful service whereby I receive cash backs every month for goods purchased. It's effectively money for nothing, long may it continue!

No idea who this company even is! Was bought to my attention by an £18 bank transaction. I went to check my email and apparently, when last ordering train tickets, I signed up to something unknowingly, fully believing at the time that I was registering for a saving for next time I ordered train tickets. This is misleading advertising. I've emailed them to request a full refund and removal of my details from their database. I wasn't aware of this because their email correspondence all went to SPAM so I missed the 'Thank you for joining Complete Savings' email of 9 days ago, or I would have reacted 9 days ago!

Since posting, this company has replied here making it clear it was my own fault for signing up, however they have a long track record of misleading customers with confusing adverts which the advertising standards authority banned them from using at one point so yes I will be calling them up and seeking a full refund because I was completely misled on this occasion. Their advertising methods are confusing and lure people into thinking they are obtaining a saying for next time they place an order via The Trainline.

Great for cashback on holidays, hotels and trains. I do a lot of online shopping and get 10% cashback on a regular basis. You need to remember to make a regular monthly purchase and get your monthly fee returned.

Not exactly an honest service - even though I buy a lot of goods with the one and only credit card. Not all purchases are recognised or rewarded.
Site interface offers tick box to select "Keep me signed in" but does not quite work as expected. So, one has to check that the site is still online before making a purchase, else the transaction is not picked.
So many occasions when I have just not bothered to complain because inevitably some weak excuse is offered that the name or address does not correlate even though the transaction is using the one and only card that confirms the purchase without any doubt whatsoever.

I don't think CompleteSavings is any scam as many have written. Been using them for over 3 years now, and have saved almost £3k over the years. Whenever I buy online, I do a quick check if the retailer is listed first in CompleteSavings portal. If they do, it usually comes with 10% discount, so just open the retailer website from within CS, and do the purchase. 99.99% of the time, the purchase is tracked automatically, and money is usually received in a month. If the purchase isn't tracked, simply reach out to their Customer Service over email with a copy of the invoice, and once verfied, the cashback gets added to the list.
They do however a charge of £18/month which is refunded if a purchase has been done from the registered retailer.
They also offer fantastic gift card discounts, and my favourite is a £100 one4all fift card which can be bought for £80. This can be used in M&S, B&Q, TKMaxx and hunderds of retailers.
I don't seem to have a problem with this.

excellent scheme but a few retailers do not pay up unless purchase chased up,use all sorts of excuses ie no name on invoice.

Mostly complete savings works very well and I only occasionally have any problems which are usually dealt with quickly

The ONLY thing I dislike about complete savings is how long it takes for a payment to reach my bank account. I quote "You should see the payment reflected in your registered bank account within 10 working days."
Well why?? Where does my money go to for 10 days? In todays modern banking, money transfers take just minutes mostly. I transfer from eBay into the very same bank account and its there in less than a minute. It does not disappear for 10 days first.
Other then that one thing, I love Complete Savings.

I was not aware that I had signed up to a paid membership. I believed I was only receiving a cashback reward. The £18 membership fee was not made sufficiently clear to me. Please cancel my membership immediately and refund the £18 charge taken from my account.

Overall I enjoy this but trust factor is a major concern. Multiple times without reason you reject monthly bonus even though uploaded receipt has all details. If you miss such email and don’t apply again then you won’t get monthly bonus. I think you should clearly tell what receipt you expect with individual shoppers sample images e.g ASDA’s receipt
