Do not ever apply their membership.
They are scams. Despite cancelling and confirming my membership, they’r still charging my account.

Cheaters. They take your money without knowledge in the name of subscription.

Total rubbish/ scam. Did not realize had signed up.
""You entered your full name, your email address, your post code, your postal address, you inserted your payment card details and then you provided your consent through the button to accept the offer you authorised us to charge the monthly membership fee of £18.00 to the credit card or debit card that was provided after your trial period ended."
Yes, I had given credit card details etc. BUT THAT WAS FOR MY PURCHASE - NOT a subscription So my £20.50 discount on the gift I purchased ended up costing me additional £90! May be "legal" (we sent you regular emails, you agreed etc -- how do you prove otherwise without any emails) BUT VERY unethical

Occasionally Complete Savings fails to register a genuine purchase from eBay and I am then requested to attach the invoice which is annoying.
When making a purchase from eBay, to get your monthly bonus you need to request it before month end. This should be automatic as on occasions I have forgotten to do this.

Aggressive and sly advertising that leads you into inadvertently signing up
They say it's clear there is a monthly subscription on signing up but this is untrue ! If it had been clear I'd have not signed up!! Luckily I noticed after 1 payment had gone out , I had to research and find out exactly what had happened, no warning or reminder that a payment is due .. I just innocently and unintentionally signed up when renewing m rail card ... yet I'm told it's clear there is a free trial followed by a subscription!
It's all crap and even though apparently legal !! It's nothing short of a scam !

Careful scammers !
I was charged during 6 month not knowing that it was happening.
I would never sign up for charge 18 phounds per month. I am not an obsessive online shopper and trying to minimize my spending

I've been a member of Complete Savings since 2018. I initially signed up with the free one-month trial and have continued using the service ever since.
I use it every month to earn cashback, and I've received a good amount back over the years. I also regularly buy their discounted gift cards, which are another great way to save money.
As long as you read and understand what you're signing up for, I've found it to be an excellent service and have had no problems with it.

My 17 year old son has been charged every month for a year and he wasn’t even aware he signed up. Very sneeky in how they catch you by clicking on a box after a purchase on a genuine website.

Advertise & promote you will get a MINIMUM of 10% cashback but this is not correct as the small print limits it to a set £ amount. Then tells you can complain to a Third Party, you complain to them to be told they dont accept complaints for Complete Savings. You ask for your case to be referred to a Manager over and over again and all you get back is he same - "its in the small print". Yes it is in the small print but how you advertise your cashback is very mis-leading to customers.

Whilst you can make good savings using the Complete Savings app it is not without its challenges. The app needs careful monitoring. Some retailers are brilliant at providing the cash back (e.g. Argos) whilst others take an age. Plus the 10% sometimes is after VAT and others with VAT even for the same retailers. There is a £250 max cash back per month but there is no easy way to track this until you hit the limit and future cash back that month is rejected. If you can accept these limitations there are good savings to be made.

Reported two issues and got reply after few business days. One reply irrelevant to my reported issue. The other issues come back with everything alright on their side but I still not able to use the cashback feature in mobile phone. Basically, nothing being answered or sorted.

Do not trustthis company, they take £18 a month unsolicited, no doubt at the bottom of this complainnt will be a computer generated answer from them stating that I did not read the t&c's etc, but dont let that deceive you. They are CON-ARTISTS, pure and simple, avoid at all costs!
