I have parked in this car park for…

I have parked in this car park for several years with no issues. I always paid and displayed my ticket. Since Complete Parking Services have taken over I have been issued with two fines. I now "owe" £200 reduced to £120 if I pay within 14 days. I had a valid ticket on both occasions. I will never park there again.

App payment failed, evidence ignored

Tried to extend parking via their Tap2Park app after receiving the expiry reminder. Multiple attempts failed due to the app freezing on “Processing Payment”, despite full signal.

Evidence was provided but ignored, and the appeal was rejected on template grounds. Paid the reduced charge to avoid wasting more time.

Very poor handling of a genuine system failure.

£100 charge for being 3 minutes and 56…

£100 charge for being 3 minutes and 56 seconds over a 30-minute limit.

Appeal rejected immediately. CPSUK state that no grace period applies whatsoever, even though common industry guidance suggests otherwise.

This model of enforcement appears to rely not on fairness or reasonable discretion, but on motorists being distracted, delayed, vulnerable or human for a moment. An overstay of less than four minutes resulting in a £100 demand feels deeply disproportionate.

If you value fairness, compassion or common sense, you may wish to avoid their car parks entirely. Companies operating like this don’t build trust. They exploit it.

And the landowners who choose them as providers are just as culpable.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. Paid for parking and have proof of payment. Sent me a demand for £100 saying I didn't pay. Then stated they would be applying for a CCJ unless I paid up.

Keep well away from this company.

Poor Administration

Paid a parking fine but kept getting letters saying it wasn’t paid however I have the receipt and bank statement proving it was, they escalated it to their solicitor saying I had 7 days to pay however I will not be paying a parking fine twice.

Impossible to get in touch with them over the phone so resolve issue and would strongly recommend they sort out their administration. Not impressed…

Terrible company

Terrible company. Online payment facilities only in carpark which historically had been free of charge. Didn't have access to online QR code so ended up with a fine.

Virtual criminals

I couldn't pay for parking as the cash facility wasn't working. I downloaded the app and then found you had to have Google pay in order to use the Ring go app. As I didn't have Google pay I left the car park. This took 12 minutes. If you are there longer than 10 minutes you get fined and no consideration given to mitigating circumstances. These people are just sharks who make it so hard to pay you incur a fine. Like others have said Avoid.

AVOID

Zero stars. Claim to be a family run, ethical company - however they're just like all the other parking shark companies. £100 pcn for staying in a car park for 15 mins before having to give up as the only way to pay was via app or phone and neither worked on overseas visitors phone. Many people in front of us were having the same problem. They aren't interested in any mitigating circumstances, probably don't even read them as exactly same reply sent to both parties, just after your money. Avoid their car parks.

Avoid - £100 fine if you drive in their car park!!!

Zero stars to this awful, evil and secretive company. They dole out £100 fines and don’t listen to explanations. Their parking notices do not make sense. Apparently, they charge you from the second you enter their car parks rather than giving you a grace period to get a ticket!!! They are currently trying to charge me £100 for being 5 minutes late. Read other reviews on Parkopeida (look at East Laith Gate in Doncaster as an example) and Google - avoid, avoid, avoid.
