CCS arranged for collection, I ordered a new one that is fantastic, it folds smaller and fits in my car with ease.

Firstly we apologise for the experience you are having with this parcel, this is not our usual standards that we strive for.
I have tried calling you twice this morning with regards to your delivery. It is out for delivery today between 09.20-10.20 am
DPD attempted delivery on 30th June but unfortunately you were not in (a calling card was left)
They attempted a re-delivery on 1st July, again unfortunately you were not in, they tried your neighbour who was not in either.
