My daughter is buying a small property via this agency. To date the this is our experience of this company.
1. Poor communication
2. Providing information on progress of the contract to other properties and not the one being purchase.
3. Late surveys by their client not communicated - informed all surveys completed when they were not.
Met with the DIRECTOR at another house viewing.
We had hoped that we would talk through the other house situation whilst viewing another potential property. HOWEVER, he is a bully and aggressive and does not take responsibility for the information -passed by his office. With complete as a buyer you are nothing AND HAVE NO VALUE, it is all about their client. If they get anything wrong rather than apologise the DIRECTOR prefers an aggressive intimidation strategy telling my daughter she was confused. Use them at your PERIL.

Misinformation, no proclivity, rude staff and disinterested management. Everything you DO NOT want in an agent who is supposed to be acting in your interests when selling your home!

To get two properties to completion all the chasing and leg work had to be done by me. All they are concerned about is their fee and nothing else.

Even when complying the MD did not call back as promised.

Do yourself a flavour and avoid this shower!
