Really brilliant service
Really brilliant service. My second pair of magnifier glasses from Compass Point (first pair still great, I just wanted a spare set) - and prob about my 5th item of o-kit from them. You always get great friendly, fast service from the team, I wholeheartedly recommend them - so much nicer than Amazon or Temu 😀

Sent one of the wrong model was supposed to be two of the same kind, instead got one 2L and one 3L

Thank you for your review.
We have reviewed your order and can confirm that two Moscow Model 2 wrist compasses were supplied exactly as ordered.
Your review states that you received "one 2L and one 3L". In Moscow's product range, these are different left-handed thumb compass models, whereas your order was for two Model 2 wrist compasses.
Had a 2L and a 3L actually been supplied, the products would have been visibly different thumb compass models and would not have matched the wrist compasses ordered.
We have checked our records and can confirm that two identical Moscow Model 2 wrist compasses were supplied. We also contacted you directly to discuss the matter and remain happy to review any photographs of the items received.

No trainers, no refund !
Bought a pair of 'new' trainers - which they weren't. A lengthy back and forth before a refund. No remorse, no shame, just outright nonsense.
Shoes came without a box
They were dirty
Colours didn't match one shoe to the other
Plastic detailing was cracked and damaged (worse than the 5 yr old pair I was hoping to replace with these)
1 shoe was defective and extremely uncomfortable.
The owner claims it was all nonsense and that the shoes were inspected prior to sending, which of course they couldn't have been or else he would have seen the defects.
They have failed to refund me. I will be taking this further...

Ordered an item on 25th December
Ordered an item on 25th December, tried calling the number on the website, got through to a BT answerphone. No reply or response. Sent multiple emails, no response! Item never arrived, luckily paid through PayPal and could claim it back. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Shocking customer service
