Compass Online Win As One
I am a long serving campaigner, having worked on local and national campaigns with many different organisations and community groups. Compass has recently started contacting me as a progressive who would be useful to get on board for their campaign Win As One to prepare and fight for a progressive coalition and majority at the next general election. Until now I have only been connecting via email and social media, but the very first online campaigner briefing I attended was disappointing in an important element: the director Neal Lawson shut down important questions relating to environmental issues without proper reference and showed a misogynist stance - not a good start (definitely not a unifying approach!) Although I am campaigning for a progressive majority, I will not be doing so directly via Win As One.
