I searched for good parking at Stansted Airport. This comparison site seemed good and I chose Park Pilot Ltd as the providor. I also had cancellation cover. In the advert on Compareparking there was no mention of an additional £ 10.00 each way 'airport charges'. I did not discover this until the booking confirmation arrived. I cancelled, both by email and telephone, imeadiately. After a few days I received an email asking if they could transfer my booking to a later date. I refused as the final charges were still much higher than I could achieve elsewhere. Then I received an email stating I would have a refund within 14 working days. 24 days later I received an email saying my refund had been processed and would be in my bank within 1-5 days. When it arrived they had deducted £ 15.00 as a 'booking fee'. This is actually a fine as the booking fee stated on the invoice was £ 1.48. They were completely unmoved by the cancellation cover (which they state only 'allows me to cancel upto 48 hours before travel') or my complaint. I have researched the company they booked me with (Park Pilot Ltd) and they are a new company who have submitted no financial records. I have also found the records of Compare Parking Prices Ltd who have assets of £ 11.00.
I would strongly urge anyone using either Compareparkingprices.co.uk or Park Pilot Ltd to think very carefully before trusting them with your booking or your car.
Never using this company again
Never using this company again. My car was returned to be scratched. I had to wait 1hr for the car to be returned to me after follwing the instructions to call once I had my suitcases. On returning my car, the driver just walked off after handing me the keys and the parking ticket. There were other Compare customers who arrived after me at the meet and greet point who were complaining of the long wait. In summary, a cowboy run company that hides behind an email address. No way to call them.

I booked a meet and greet through this website and turned up at the airport and the retailer said they had no details of our booking. We then had to find last minute parking through purple parking. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. We’ve issued a chargeback through our bank.
Heathrow Airport Parking Services, A good Choice
Heathrow Airport Parking Services was a new company for me at LHR. Following a previous disastrous experience with a different company (my car returned by the Police!), I was wary. However, the service from them was straightforward, professional, courteous and punctual. It was also very good value and I will use them again and hope for the same level of service.

Booked meet and greet at Stansted Airport with Compare Parking Prices - I guess you get what you pay for. Waited 20 minutes for them to meet and collect the car at drop off. Waited close to an hour and a half for them to return the car at the end, almost as long as the flight we took!

A great service at a great price. We had 5 weeks parking at Heathrow for under £150. Very easy to use the site and the service given was hassle free with a prompt drop-off and pick-up

Promised to refund taxi fare and booking fee but are now nit answering my calls to get this processed! Spend the extra on a Gatwick approved firm!

TSW Parking - Awful, no meet as driver was running late due to traffic (sunday morning 8am, v.little traffic!). We needed to get to the terminal so re-called driver who said to pay the parking entrance fee (£8) leave on drivers seat and leave key on drivers wheel!!! He would call us when collected - didn't receive said call!
On return a day late due to middle east situ i called as soon as we landed to give extra time to them. Sooo rude, only interested in the screenshot of a £20 payment and proceeded to tell me their priority is customers arriving on time! Im still the paying customer and no doubt due to the current situation they must have had many late returns! No meet & a terrible greet on return! You know your back in the UK when all they are interested in is the £20 payment and leaving you the exit fee ticket (£8). Driver literally gave us the keys and was gone! No handover, trip mileage adjusted, AC on & some random radio station playing. Awful, steer clear

I would never use again. They take zero responsibility for the parking companies that are listed on their website. I am also pretty sure the reviews for the parking providers are fake or exaggerated.
We booked Express Parking Limited via their website. They had reviews of 4.9/5 on the website but unfortunately we didn't check their reviews on Trustpilot - they are 2.7 and many of the positive ones seem to be suspiciously similar wording.
We phoned Express Parking 30 minutes before arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5 as instructed. We then had to wait over 40 minutes in the cold at the car park for their driver to arrive. We kept phoning and kept being told the driver was a few minutes away. At one point we were told to leave the key on the front wheel and they would collect it - we refused.
Once we had gone through airport security we managed to find the reviews of the parking company. Someone had their car stolen, someone had it damaged, someone with a tracker found their car was left on public roads. This caused us a great deal of stress during our holiday wondering if we would get our car back.
We were relieved to get our car back reasonably quickly when we got back to Heathrow. However, we realised that they had disconnected the dashcam so we don't know where it was parked during our week away.
We also had to pay the £8 car park ticket upon arrival and departure which wasn't clearly stated.
In future we will book direct either with the airport itself or one of the reputable parking companies.
When you book meet & greet airport parking… have you ever wondered what happens to your car when you’re away?
I booked meet & greet parking through Compare Parking Prices and handed my car over to Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd at 06:00 on 2 February 2026. It was supposed to stay securely stored until I returned late on 6 February.
But while I was still abroad, I received a Parking Charge Notice showing my car parked on the A38 at 15:18 on 6 February over 8 hours before my flight landed.
That means my vehicle was being driven or moved without my permission.
A complete breach of contract, unauthorised use, and failure of duty of care.
As a result, I’ve now been hit with a £50 penalty charge, plus the time and stress of dealing with it. I asked the company for an explanation, reimbursement, and the name of whoever was in possession of my car.
It has now been 7 days with zero response.
I have reported this to the police, Trading Standards, and my payment provider. Consumers deserve to know the risks of some “meet & greet” operators. When you hand over your keys, you expect security—not for your car to be taken out and left somewhere without permission.

This parking aggregator is completely untrustworthy.
MISSELLING
1. The airport drop-off charges were not disclosed at the time of booking. They only appeared later in the confirmation email — a classic bait-and-switch tactic.
2. When I contacted them to challenge these additional charges, they flatly refused to correct or refund them.
3. The booking was made with one parking provider, but the confirmation suddenly came from a completely different subcontractor. No transparency, no explanation.
OBFUSCATION
4. When I tried to cancel or modify the booking due to the war situation, they refused to take responsibility and pushed the issue onto the subcontracted parking company. Conveniently, when something goes wrong, they claim it’s not their problem.
End result: I lost all my money.
This company happily takes your payment but disappears the moment there’s a problem. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to book . Clear instructions for drop off and collection. Our flight was 2 hrs late ,no issues car arrived within 15mins of phone call.

Beware of this company , they are dodgy , complete unprofessional.
Stansted park and ride , they wanted me to handover the key , but why? they have not mentioned I need to handover the key during booking. But just in the email confirmation , they said this .... park and ride, but why I need to handover the key? The shuttle bus costs £2.50 per person.
In their website it says cancellable before 48hours, but they said it is not . wasted my £49.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the meet and greet parking service booked through Compare Parking Prices, with the following details:
- Vehicle collected: 2 February 2026 at 06:00 from Bristol Airport
- Vehicle return due: 6 February 2026 at 23:00 Bristol Airport.
- Company responsible for collection: Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd
Today, I received a Parking Charge Notice dated 6 February 2026 at 15:18 for exceeding 30 minutes parking on the A38 opposite New Road, Redhill. This occurred eight hours before my flight was due to land, meaning my vehicle was being driven while it was supposed to be securely stored.
This is a serious breach of contract and constitutes unauthorised use of my vehicle. I gave permission only for collection on 2 February and return at 23:00 on 6 February. Any other use is unlawful.
As a result of this unauthorised use, I have incurred a £50 penalty charge. I am also applying a £100 administration charge for the time, stress, and inconvenience caused.
I require the following within 5 working days:
1. Full details of Bristol M&G Gld1 Trading Ltd, including registered address, company number, insurance details, and the identity of the driver who had possession of my vehicle.
2. Reimbursement of the £50 PCN.
3. Payment of a £100 administration charge.
I will be reporting this matter to the police due to the unauthorised use of my vehicle.
I expect this to be treated with the seriousness it warrants

Horrendous Service - Never again!
Horrendous Service. Rang before drop off as requested, was met with an Unintelligible person on the other end of the phone. Managed to grasp enough of the conversation to find the meeting point to which around 15 minutes later a very rude gentleman still with his earphones in walked over and demanded the key, he waited while I took pictures and a video of my vehicle. Upon arriving back at Stansted I rang immediately after departing the plane and made my way through the various checks and to our meeting point. 20 minutes went by before my vehicle came round the corner. Being a tracked vehicle I was relayed information on the harsh acceleration and braking the vehicle endured on the journey back to Stansted by the young rude driver who jumped out and couldn’t even be bothered to wait while I inspected my vehicle. Which was in fact now filthy and when asked humorously if it was parked in a field the gentleman’s response was “yep” as he then proceeded to walk away. Will absolutely categorically not be using this service again and couldn’t have been a bigger waste of money. The actual operator was - SC Parking Ltd. A better job needs doing of vetting these company’s before offering their services to people with high value vehicles or anybody for that matter.
