THE BOSSES AT C.H.G LTD DONT SPEAK TO ANYONE YOU CANT CALL THEM OR EMAIL THEY DONT GIVE OUT EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS THE DIRECTOR AND MANAGERS ARE THE PROBLEM HERE THEY PAY STAFF OF FOR ANYTHING THE BOSSES HIDE ESPECIALL MANAGING DIRECTOR PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR MEETINGS ECT EVERY ONE I SPOKE TO SAYS SAME THING IT IS LIKE DEALING WITH A SHAREHOLDER COMPANY THEY CUT ALL CHERRY TREES DOEN ON VARIOUS ESTATES BEAUTIFULL HEALTHY TREES AND SOLD WOOD AS CHERRY WOOD EXPENSIVE THEY CUT ONE DOWN OUTSIDE 2 VERY OLD PEOPLES HOUSES THE OTHER MONTH THEY OLD PEOPLR USED TO FEED THE BIRDS EVERY DAY THEN THEY CAME AND CUT IT DOWN 2 VERY OLD PEOPLE DIED SOON AFTER IT WAS ALL THEY HAD THEY ARE HEARTLESS MONEY GRABING MANY COMPLAINTS ARE IGNORED BY ALL BOSSES AT COMMUNITY HOUSING HIDE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS ALL STAFF PHONE NUMBERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PUBLISHED FOR TENENTS AND CUSTOMER THEY WONT LISTEN AS YOU CAN ONLY SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO ARE OK.... THEY WILL CONTACT WHO YOU NED TO SPEAK TO BUT BOSSES ALLWAYS IGNORE EVERYTHING USELESS COMPANY NO HEART COLD AS ICE BOSSES....

Sam Nash came out to see and said if I needed her again to call any time. Now when I call them she’s either not there or in a meeting and they say she will call back but she doesn’t. I’ve been asking to speak to her for over two weeks .

Community hosing still not got back to me re two phone calls I made to them about two repairs that need doing, one of them they caused themselves with their own builders, but the builders never reported it.
I dint know why they expect us to look after their homes if there not going to repair issues when you report them. They never ever call back, and when you do call them again they say someone will call you within three days. They never do. This has been going on 6 weeks now

Cut down 4 healthy trees, simply in order to replace an existing fence, with a brand-new one [effectively told to mind my own business, when I raised the issue].

Completely ignored the health issues of someone who is disabled, 68 years of age, and who has lived at the property, since 1962.

Lied to by a member of staff, in relation to an official complaint, that had been made. It meant that they were then able to sweep all the issues raised in the complaint, completely under the carpet.

Apart from that – they're great!
