They love to tell me that my incident(s) are isolated. Implying that my acct is not important enough for them to address it.
They claim that the stores are the ones that notifies them of the purchase. But that's false. They are relying on the ability track the purchase from the customer's end. They claim that they can't track the purchase. So you have to self-report it to them.
But, it's highly likely that they are able to track the purchase, get their commission and tell the customer that they couldn't track it. Why else would they not want to help you solve this tracking issue? Their response is that it's an isolated incident. What company doesn't want to help customers access their website? A company that rather cheat the customers than pay them.
Bitdefender keeps blocking the dealfinder extension. It's labeled as a suspicious connection with an unmatched certificate alerts.endorse.gg.
Also, there was this one time that I reported a purchase for an item. This was my 2nd time purchasing this item. I returned the 1st purchase. Then days later, I bought it again and informed RMN about the purchase. About 2 days later, my RMN acct indicated that I returned the purchase. I never informed RMN about the purchase that I returned. So, how did they obtain knowledge of that purchase? It had nothing to do with them. I had to re-inform them of the purchase. All of this is not worth the minimal reward. RMN gained knowledge of a purchase that I did not share with them.

This is for their cashback system.
Works great, and when I need help, customer service is very quick.

I didn't even subscribed.
They've combined my email as name.surname(at)company.domen from my github account.
This is not my email but I can read their letters because I have an access to "lost" folder (i.e. all emails sent to illegal.address(at)company.domen).
I consider their letters as spam.
I unsubscribed but they still send their letters to the address they think is mine.

They started the Cashback a few years back and it rolled out fine but it seems now they take the money and find a reasons not to pay the customer their fair share. Here's a few things: the phone line they have for years, never gets answered. After you appeal, they still tell you the same thing, without any further explanation. Meanwhile, they are getting paid by the merchants and running away with the money. Coupons are terrible these days. Don't even bother. There are much better cashback portals out there that actually pay out like Rakuten, Befrugal and much more. Rtmn is a scam and everyone should stay away. They will reply to this acting all innocent...

I'd like to know why I can receive an email at 8:04 pm with a code, but at 10:39 pm that code is useless.
ONE usable code, even for something I would have on a bet, is better than one hundred codes that DO NOT WORK.

Best coupon site I have found. Highest percentage of relevant and working coupons. No, not all coupons work, but better than most sites. Cashback has worked every time (I'm in USA and not buying gift cards.)

I set up the account and the cash back process into my Retailmenot account but as I live in Australia, it won’t accept my phone number to send the verification code through. This leaves me with no way to access the cash back.
Perhaps if I was in USA it would work but there should be a warning that it won’t in Australia (or other countries?)

I have used RetailMeNot for quite some time, and have gotten some savings. I received a notice that I had $55.80 in rewards, and I decided to redeem through Venmo to my bank account. The tests they did on 2/9 went in and out of my bank account just fine but it’s 3/15 and I have yet to receive the $55.80 in my bank account. On Venmo it shows they paid the amount on 2/9. They only did the test amounts. Also no customer service reps available by phone! Is this whole thing a scam?

I have called customer service and emailed them for four days and have not gotten a response back on how to rectify my phone number validation issue because I have a new number and your system will not validate my rewards with my new number. Everytime you try customer service they are offline or you get voice mail..This is just awful to say this company wants to resolve your issue but never responds back to your inquiries

AWFUL!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Jessica was very rude when I was asking for assistance and it was so unnecessary. I will not be using this service again.

I didn't activate cash back a couple of days before it was used it was 1 day before and I have proof of that. If an employee don't intend to be rude they shouldn't be rude, as I also have proof of that.

I finally had enough!!! After multiple tries on this website I can assure you this website is a scam. None of the "discount code" work other then the ones you can find the actual websites you are trying to buy. This website tricks you into clicking on "other coupons " that NEVER work. Stay away from this website

Hi, I purchased $5000.00 earrings from Macy’s used Retailmenot website for 10% money back, and at 1st there site said I had $500.00 money back but the next time I went on the site the money and my account disappeared. So I called to ask what had happened to the money, they claimed that I didn’t go through there website.. but the reason I kno I did go through there site is because I had placed the $5000- order without there website…so I called Macy’s canceled the 1st order, typed in Retailmenot.com in my browser and reorder the item. THEY ARE STEALING…PERIOD

Been using them for a few months. I get the cash back as stated in emails and cash out to my Venmo. Love them!

Been using them for years for online coupon codes and the last couple years for their cash back program. Also finally downloaded the retailmenot browser extension for Chromebook this year (it's kind of like using the app but on your Chrome browser).
I really like the browser extension, since it makes it easier to check if coupons are valid before bothering with them, since there's some expired and invalid ones, and the extension just tests all the coupons at once for you.
The cash back program is good, it works and gives it back faster than most other programs (either days or a month depending on how long it takes the store to confirm). Sadly it just doesn't apply to 98% of the stores I use! But I do like that it can be sent directly to paypal or your bank account. But if I find I even use it once a month or less it's still worth it.
I don't know if maybe a lot of people are having issues with it working because maybe they are using pop-up blocker, or not actually going through the retailmenot site to use the cash back option if they don't have the app or extension. I found if I try to use another deal site with it, like honey, or rakuten, it'll automatically disable the retailmenot cash back, so that can be an issue also, so beware that you are following the rules precisely, and decide which app/site will get you the most cash back. It's a bit confusing at first with all the different app options out there and they all have different rules, but if you want maximum deals it's really worth it. I saved just a little under $100 in my first year using the extension. And like I said, that coupon finder button is the frickin bee's knees

I had found better coupons on RxSaver (I believe this is a division or RetailMeNot) and tried to use them for Rx at Safeway. The Pharmacist, on 2 separate occasions, for 2 different Rx said the price was different (MORE) than the coupon. I had contacted RxSaver about this and first they said it may have not been the same drug, dosage or quantity. Most people would just give up but I followed up confirming it was correct and after 2 more email exchanges, one where I had to confirm that it was the current coupon, called up that day, a customer service rep said they would contact Safeway and get back to me. They never did. I just refilled the Rx again today and it as the same higher price than the current coupon.
I will be going back to GoodRx. Even if the price is higher, I will at least know how much it will be before I get it.
I have also tried to use RetailMeNot coupons and have never been able to find one that was valid.
I suspect the 5 star reviews were written by employees.

I tried to use their cashback portal since they offered a 8% back on newegg purchase. I verified every detail when placing the order and made sure I followed the instruction. Upon finishing order, I did see an entry with "?" mark indicating the purchase was traced. I felt good since I knew it was gonna take a while before the cashback shown up. However, days passed, I didn't see any update. I sent emails a couple of times but got completely no answer. Today, the cashback entry was disappeared. My conclusion, please never use retailmenot for cashback. This website is scam!

Been trying to use this site for years. I've never had a coupon work. They say they try to verify their coupons... obviously that is incorrect.
Note... after receiving a response from retailmenot, I'd suggest they review the posted coupon codes for accuracy prior to them hitting their live site.
