This company’s hair is trash. Wish I would have read the complaints before I purchased. I ordered a #4 deep curly wig. They took a black wig, dyed it red then permed it. The hair is so fried I can’t use it. $240 dollars down the drain. Then said. “Sorry dear you don’t like the product but don’t use a comb. That might help “ I will post pictures

Worst experience ever, kept messaging them for a whole month of my time and then finally got the hair to get wig thats not even done and half of my hair (14 inch shaped wig in which i asked for 24”) im so upset

I agree with the review above. I’ve NEVER had a problem with any hair vendors until I encountered this company. Somehow I came across the reviews less than 24hrs after purchasing which stated how deceptive this company is. Weeks later, pass the time of process and shipping, I received my order only to find that the color is all wrong and the length is not what I paid additional for. I’m currently disputing, attempting to get a refund, but they have cut off communication with me after I have provided the evidence needed. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY! They are a SCAM and should be out of business! Terrible!

I ordered 32 inches (lace front)-paid-they contacted me to say they only had 30. I agreed. I did not get a refund for the difference but an increase in final charge. I receive the product and it is Poor Quality. Worse thing is to find out that they embedded 'shorter lengths in between'...meaning the product was Not 30 inch all the way around. Shorter length in between as filler. Keep your Money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. She requested proof-I sent the photos and haven't heard from Them Since.

The hair is processed with silicone meaning it will be soft and after wash will get very coarse.
They are a nightmare to deal with as they will refuse to refund your money.

Terrible Terrible Terrible, the wig they sent me did not resemble the website at all. I sent the wig back on time and requested a refund, I didn't receive a response for a week I emailed again and again finally I got a response claiming that they would have to look for the wig to confirm its arrival. Bare in mind I specifically used tracked signing to ensure that I was notified when the item was signed for. Again i had to chase them regarding my refund they finally responded claiming they would refund the next day, surprise surprise no refund.

I gave them another week and emailed them that if they didn't refund me the same day I would open a dispute on Paypal. This time they responded with a credit note that basically said i would receive a refund but a lesser value as the item i had purchased was now on sale. At this point i had enough and opened a dispute on Paypal i provided proof of postage and received my money within a week.

Do not waste your time buying anything from this company their service is great when they're taking your money but the attitude changes when you want to process a return. Always pay through Paypal!
