Delivery of my Comfomatic double bed was the very next day! the two man crew were excellant in taking away my old bed and setting up my new one.After assembly the workings of the remote was fully explained and demostrated. so no i am looking forward to some really good night's rest and sleep.

This is the worse thing ever purchased.
Can not use the massage feature as it is on a laminated floor sound like a can of marbles
Mattress far to soft especially at the edge my wife fell out of bed twice
The light under the bed lights up the radiator great does not illuminate the door
Overall a product not fit for purpose for my needs

Engineer turned up on expected date no fuss just got on with servicing the bed. Bed itself is very comfortable and reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.

The representative who came to demonstrate the product was called Neil and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, polite and explained everything in terms I could understand. He also explained the finance in layman's terms and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with everything. I would like to thank him for everything and look forward to receiving my purchase tomorrow

From the moment of the first telephone conversation through to the visit from a representative Who showed me a presentation about the product s sold by the company, on to the delivery team I can only say they were all 100% they were all on the ball they knew the product they were talking about. The delivery team talked me through everything I needed to know first class. Now it’s time for me to lie back and I think I might even have a massage on my new chair. Thank you everyone.

From the very start of the introduction it was very instructive very professional and very pleasant dealing with your representative Neil.
I would go as far to type, Neil was a very nice fella indeed, an asset to the company!
Plus Mathew and Ryan whom I spoke with several times on the phone, they are very informative and gentle in their manner towards myself asking questions-about the operation as a whole, in the way I have been treated as your customer which is excellent!
The young fellas who delivered the new bed where very profession!
John the driver on completion of the new Bed!
John Explained everything to me regarding the operation of the bed including adding the remote on my iPhone, which I will use before I use the bed remote, which I am very grateful for!

The rep was a lovely man he was very respectful of my property and to myself . There was no hard sell just honest upfront information about your products he was very knowledgeable polite and pleasant to deal with.
The delivery drivers were also very polite friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them , it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with your company this is my second purchase and I am thrilled with my chair , bed and the aftercare also the process was very smooth and simple.

Comfomatic replied that they could not identify me in their records. Seems like a regular excuse of theirs. What a load of rubbish. I emailed them about this matter but of course they didn't reply. Perhaps they don't read their emails. I have resent it just now; the one I sent on 21st Dec last year (2025). I am hardly going to collect the£15 voucher from their office when it was promised at £30. And I would not have entertained their presentation without that promise. So I was tricked. I suspect that they would not have honoured the deal anyway as I note that the application for the voucher entailed submitting the questionaire within 28 days; Yet the survey covered by the questionnaire lasted 28 days itself. So basically the whole matter was con-trick just to get their reps feet in the door. Did anyone acually get the voucher? However pleasant the reps were and however good the product - though pricey- may be, I would not recommend anyone deal with this company when it is as duplicitous as I found it.
